It's a great battery but, there's no acid in it when shipped.
Folks,This is a direct replacement for the Yuasa that was in our '07 TW200 Yamaha. For a name brand battery, it's a good price. And it got shipped with Prime. But, it came EMPTY of acid. I suppose that's how they can legally ship it. No biggie. I popped down to my local auto parts store and picked up a 33 oz. container of acid for a mere $7. I followed the instructions for initial charging and, it's performing like a champ. The only thing against buying a battery in this fashion is, you get a very short warranty vs, if you buy one locally at an auto parts store. With them, you normally get a considerably longer one. Oh well, no biggie. I'd do it again.

Acid Sold Separately
best priced yuasa battery, quick shipped. i didn't read the description well enough as this does not come with the acid. i had to go to the auto parts store and by some for like $10. Still worth it for a quality batt.

No acid
It doesn't come with acid so it's a lead battery not a lead acid battery like in the description

Needs battery acid and a charger to work
Fits the TW200 just fine. You will need battery acid and a charger to activate this battery. Next time I’ll go with an AGM and be done with it.

Yuasa quality
Perfect fit exact OEM replacement and is Yuasa brand so it is quality. Install was super easy. Battery comes dry so you will need to fill with electrolyte/acid.

Replaced the battery on our Yamaha TW-200
Nothing crazy, but a good deal on the OEM battery for a Yamaha TW-200. You do have to add the battery acid and charge the battery before you install it so there is a small DIY element here. FYI

Best price for a quality battery!
The battery is the best OEM product on the market. The price was half as much as any locally available product. I have a few words of advice. You will need to buy a quart of acid from your local Autozone as the battery is shipped dry. Make sure to flood the battery and then let it set for 30 min. Vibrate any gas from the battery and fill to the top fill line before charging. Use a maximum of a one Amp charger and FULLY charge the battery. Burp the gasses out of the battery and charge again for one hour after letting the battery set for several hours. Replace the caps and rinse the battery with a solution of baking soda and water to neutralize any acid that may have spit from the cells while the battery was charging. Install the battery and you are ready to go. Make sure to keep your battery on a keeper charger when stored for extended period of time otherwise you will be buying a new battery much earlier than you anticipated.
