I love them and they do what you need them to do but the back has a weird feel

The item is good and was on time

I have just started using these inks & paper I bought recently & have unfortunately thrown the box away otherwise would have returned them as not fit for use with my printer as advertised. This is clearly not a genuine Cannon product & wished I had looked more closely at the packaging which does not have the Cannon trade mark but is sosimilar in its design it misled me into thinking its the same. The inks don't fit properly into the printer & the paper is of inferior quality with no cannon markings on the back like the real ones. Considering the price is the same as Cannon I am even more displeased. It certainly puts me off ordering this item from Amazon which I desperately need to do my job as an artist. I am especially displeased because during lockdown I depended on Amazon to supply me with what I need to continue working. I have been very pleased up to this point with other products Ive ordered from Amazon but will now look else where to guarantee I get the correct product in this case.Selina
