Advertised as 10w, this bulb, at 6.5w, doesn't come close to the advertised wattage.It is much larger that the other lights I ordered and, at 6.5w is much brighter than the sub 5w bulbs. Overall construction seems good enough but still has the cheaper plastic hoop instead of a metal hook. Also it is not daisy-chainable.

i wish the cable was longer so i can turn it on and off while lying down in my tent

just finished camping and the light was used both in and out.hooked it to a 12,000 5 v power box

I'm not 100%, absolutely confident this is a safe thing to be plugged into any and all wall USB outlets left alone. Hard to say. It is bright no doubt.

It could be nicer but then it probably would be more expensive and it is as bright as it gets with 2 Ampere 5V USB power supply.Yes, the outside is all plastic but the upside is that this makes it light for traveling.

Nice large USB bulb. Long cord with on/off switch mid-length. Great for emergency lighting used with a portable battery pack.
