"I Can't Believe These Aren't Wheat!" Gluten-Free Rolls/Bread Mix

I’ve been gluten free since 2017 and I haven’t worked up the nerve to make homemade dinner rolls. I came across this and ordered it to try for Thanksgiving. Easy instructions and the results were fantastic. Definitely buying again!

Mom’s products are terrific for gluten & dairy free. I use full fat coconut milk in place of whole milk. Have made both bread & rolls and both are fabulous. I put coarse grain sea salt on top of rolls before baking. I have tried many other similar products and Mom’s are the best. Thank you for offering this brand

These are 98% like yeast rolls - maybe a little spongier, but OMG, they are great. I would add a tiny bit of salt - or maybe use salted butter - next time, but, otherwise, VERY INCREDIBLY GOOD. It's a process, but, considering the huge disappointment and lack of options for premade GF bread, it's worth the hassle. These will be a staple in our pantry from now on.

I went in to making these not really expecting much, because it’s gluten free bread how good could it be in the end? But honestly, as someone who can eat gluten, this mix is surprisingly amazing compared to some others we’ve tried. My partner with celiac loves it as well. It’s a bit on the sweeter side, which is perfect for rolls in my opinion. Definitely worth giving a shot, if you’ve got the time.

These were for a family dinner, a couple of us have to be gluten free - were impressed with the taste and texture. Would get them again but kind of pricey for my budget.

Haven’t used product yet. One package had a hole in the seam causing flour? To get on everything.Would like package replaced. Please!

These were not good at all. I've made and bought a lot of gf rolls and breads and these were my least liked.Looked good in the picture. Looked terrible and tasted as bad in real life. Followed directions to a T with all ingredients suggested.

I really like this pack, tho it's pretty spendy with the shipping. I made some small bread loafs with it and love it. I'll find a cheaper version somewhere else.
