I didn't look at the reviews before I purchased the product. I was so excited when the Robotic Vacuum Cleaner arrived! I immediately got disappointed. I put the batteries in and it didn't start, I thought, oh, the batteries must be old from manufacturing so I bought new batteries. Guess what? Nothing happened.... I am so disappointed, but like they say, you get what you pay for. I am sending back for my refund and buying a better quality one, and I will read reviews from now on. Useless! doesn't do it's job properly
This cleaner just keeps going around in circles. Does not go straight at all. It does not cover the whole room at all. I would not recommend this product to any one. Used it for 4 days.Also it doesn't come with English directions.
