Rock 'EmShark Frenzy Socks

There are a lot of extremes you can go to in terms of just the basic idea of a men's sock. If you want socks with graphics on them, then you typically get either a knitted design in a thin material (dress socks), or a printed design that distorts and degrades. In these socks you get the best of both these worlds, because they behave more like a knit, but the design is crisp like an ink print and doesn't distort too bad (I am a size 10.5). On the inside the fabric looks like a lot of tiny X shapes, giving the upper fabric a character that is more like a performance-type sock (the ones made with multiple patterns in the knit).To talk about cons or downsides to this sock, you have to compare it to the greatest sock of all time, the classic Vans brand tube sock. The second greatest brand, Stance, has a wider variety in the quality of their products, and I would say that these character socks very much fall within the range of quality shown in Stance socks. These are much better than dress socks, and Stance sells some weaker socks that are more like thin dress socks. But, you can get at least six kinds of socks from that brand and at least half of them are not as good as these socks.I am very picky about my socks. If these were taller, they would be just about perfect. Or, if you took the great thin and dense material that these are made of and used it to make a cardigan, either would be perfect. That's my take.
