Very bad experience
Very bad experience, please read to end , I used to bought it from beauty pharmacy in my country, but since I move to leave temporary in United States, I try to find it on the beauty’s pharmacy and unfortunately not found it , so I bought it through amazon, the thing is me personal I almost 8 years using this product, and always it’s work with me 100% . But since I bought it her it’s not work since I bought it I keep saying I will wait it will work , but unfortunately it was useful as I have more acne on my face and nick , and after almost a month from use it without any result or signs of Peeling skin no any not at all, I went to dermatologist and she told it should be work after 3 days maximum or there is signs of peeling skin as it’s strong peeling skin produce this also what I know since I have this peeling product. But I thought my face doesn’t work with it , but she told me that the product not on good save . That’s why will not give you any reasult because it’s like expired , the date of expire is 2020 but unfortunately it’s on bad save becouse the cream from inside look like orange color and it should be like brown . And my dermatologist she give me know one and it’s work . So why like that , why you give us bad this is the face and skin we should keep on trust product. But it’s very bad and I hope my money will be back . This is unfair

Super great product for treatment spot
This is really amazing and worth the money , use three bottle and its amazing .. I like this product , i have oily skin and i got spot coz of sun and its really help to get rid of them , it suites me , actually all the brand product are amazing , using several products made by the same brand , i am satisfied

Yes it works
Excellent for hyperpigmentation. Pay attention to the directions though. Excess or wrong use may hurt the skin, which is going to cause hyperpigmentation. Layers have yo be thin. I strongly suggest ask your derma as to the use.

Amazing
Im been using mesoestetic Dermamelan, for about a week, so far I noticied that my Brown spots star to be less visible, my favorite thing is that the crem is like a tinted moisturized so, give me coverage that I need like makeup, and another thing I noticed is perfect safe for oily skin, so no reaction or breakouts!!! I'm definately order more of this amazing product!!!

Acne scars, and pores smaller, in the mornings looks like make up!
LOVE IT!!! Made acne scars and pores a lot smaller while using it. I really loved the fact that every morning, it looked like I had make up, but it was not make up, it this cream!!! How amazing is that? Also gave my skin that beautiful rosy glow!!! Totally love it, but it's expensive.

I strongly recommend this product, I've tried other skin depigmentaion products and I've had the best results with the Dermamelan Maintenance Cream.

Incroyable
J’étais tout d’abord très sceptique sur cette crème. Petit format pour prix très élevé , commentaires clients pas toujours favorables.Achat quand même effectué car dernier recours après avoir essayé toutes les crèmes et recettes de grand mère..... citron, aloe vera etc..... rien à marché. J’avais beaucoup de taches brunes foncé dû à d’anciens boutons. Et franchement je recommande vivement cette crème qui est malheureusement un peu cher mais très efficace, elle efface réellement les tâches brunes (anciennes et bien encrées en plus) je laisse un commentaire pour celles et ceux qui pensent qu’il n’y a plus rien à faire. J’aurais bien aimé lire un commentaire comme celui ci avant d’avoir acheté d’innombrables crèmes en tout genre (et en général de marque et pharmacie) qui n’ont eu aucun effet.... après des années de gêne et on peut dire de souffrance intérieure je recommande vraiment cette crème.

Ho atteso un mese per recensire il prodotto! Volevo prima testarlo personalmente. premetto che sono più di 4 anni che curo le macchie scure della mia pelle, ho provato tantissimi prodotti prescritti dalla mia dermatologa. Prima di acquistare questa crema ho chiesto il consenso a lei e solo dopo ciò ho provveduto all'acquisto!Che dire...!?? Io mi sono trovata benissimo! È stato l'unico prodotto, dopo tanti, che mi Hanno DAVVERO dato un risultato! La mia pelle è migliorata tantissimo e le macchie scure sono diventate impercettibili!Io sono veramente felice! Finalmente un prodotto che funziona e pone fine ad un disagio per me enorme!Ovviamente dovete sempre proteggere la pelle dal sole con un'apposita protezione sennò i sacrifici ottenuti saranno vani!A mio avviso vale quello che costa!

Des résultats spectaculaires
J'utilise Dermamelan depuis un peu plus de 15 jours maintenant sur des taches brunes situées au dessus de la lèvre supérieure et sur le front. Je dois dire que je suis impressionnée du résultat : mes taches ont disparu à près de 80% ! Je continue le traitement (une fois par jour, sauf le weekend) pour arriver à une disparition complète. Un ou deux points un peu gênants : la crème a une couleur jaune/oranger qui ne va pas au teint et n'est pas facile a appliquer.. Aussi, elle peut faire peler et faire des sensations de brûlures sur les peau sensibles, mais en hydratant régulièrement la peau avec une crème adaptée entre chaque application ça passe très bien. Elle vaut le coup d'y mettre le prix, je la recommande pour que vos taches ne soient plus qu'un mauvais souvenir !

Il prodotto è ottimo. Le macchie da cloasma nn scompaiono ma si attenuano dopo 2/3 settimane.Sconsiglio però di acquistare da qst venditore in quanto a me il prodotto nn è mai arrivato.

Poco efficace
La prima volta ho acquistato il prodotto tramite il rappresentante del medico estetico e ha funzionato molto bene. Poi leggendo le recensioni e considerando che il prezzo era uguale l'ho acquistata qui. La scatola è il barattolo sono identici, mentre il colore della crema più chiaro. Ho chiesto se fosse normale e mi hanno garantito dall'assistenza che è originale. Così l'ho provata. Rispetto all'altra non mi ha arrossato la pelle, né screpolato...credo sia un dosaggio inferiore e di conseguenza anche l'efficacia sulle macchie. Sto continuando ad usarla con lievi risultati purtroppo! Meglio acquistare tramite il medico! Se la provi non puoi più fare il reso!
