Great watch and very durable
Game changer for my kindergartener who has bladder issues. The urologist wants her to go every 90 minutes and we were so bad at remembering and resetting alarms to remind her. Now the watch has us trained, too.Pros:- Multiple alarms- The vibration is basically silent. So It does not draw attention when it goes off.- It just looks like a regular watch. A cute one at that! No one is going to notice it and start asking questions that make her feel uncomfortable.- Very durable! My daughter has accidentally worn it into a pool at least three times—fully submerging it, and it is still ticking. (Other reviews have stated that it was not very water resistant and failed just from the splashing of washing hands. Obviously this is not been our experience.)Con: Honestly, the only con I have for the watch, is that sometimes she ignores the buzzer. But now that we are so trained to the times ourselves, we will notice she didn’t go and remind her.

Pretty good!
We bought this at the beginning of the year for my daughter's bladder issues. At first I just set it to vibrate so it wouldn't disturb others when it beeped every two hours from 9 am - 7 pm. My daughter is 5 and part of her issues is that she doesn't want to go to the bathroom ever. So she learned very quickly to ignore the vibration. I switched the sound on so that we could hear the beeping and WE would be reminded that it was time for her to go. (Actually I should probably be wearing the watch because it's hard to keep track of when she's supposed to go).My biggest complaint is that the beeping is SO quiet. I cannot hear it even while I'm in the same room when it's on her wrist. Sometimes I can hear it vibrating better than the beeping. I'm not sure why.A month ago, the screen was blank. I thought that the battery was dead. We went to replace the battery and it just started working once we took the back cover off. I think maybe all 4 buttons got pushed and it reset or something. We have been using this with 6 alarms for 4 months and the battery has held up so far.I think it's gone through a lot of wear and tear. I feel like even if it only lasts us 1 year and then breaks, it will be worth it. (I plan on having to replace the battery at some point though.)This watch has saved us a lot of work. Hopefully she will grow out of her problems and she'll listen to the watch (and her own body) more.***********************update************************So it is almost exactly a year from the day I bought this watch. I am looking for another watch. I replaced the battery once but it must have gotten wet when she washed her hands or something because it's completely dead now. I took it apart hoping that maybe if I cleaned it with alcohol it would start working again. It didn't. There was quite a bit of rust in it. I don't feel like we got an entire year out of it because for at least 5 months it was lost or needing the battery replaced. And the beeping stopped working after a few months also. (It must have been getting a little water at a time in it.)I just don't feel like I can fork out $45 more for a watch that may not work again. I think I'll try another brand of the vibrating watches. There are a few that are $10 cheaper.

Just what we were looking for - but order spare batteries!
Exactly what we were looking for. Vibrating alarm is quiet and not noticable by others. Programming is clear enough with the instructions provided, and lockout feature is nice.**UPDATED 3/25** [Order spare CR1632 batteries when you buy this!]Several days after receiving the watch, the vibration alarm stopped working. The screen and audible alarms continued to work at this point. I replaced the battery, and the vibration alarm works again. If you are comfortable doing this yourself, it requires a small jeweler's philips screwdriver to remove 4 screws on the back, and then two smaller screws inside that hold the battery in place.I would recommend that others order several spare batteries at the same time as the watch, and be prepared to replace the initial battery soon after arrival. Our watch is configured with 7 vibration alarms per day, and the expected battery life is 3-4 months. The manual gives a battery life estimate of 2.5 months (12 alarms/day) to 2 years (1 alarm/day).I spoke with a helpful employee at Global Assistive Devices, and he recommended turning off the vibration alarm (by pushing any of the 4 buttons) as soon as possible rather than letting it buzz for the full 20x/20 seconds.

Purchased Twice, Neither Watch Functioned, Disappointing
We purchased this watch in hopes the vibrating feature would help our daughter privately and successfully reach an IEP goal at school by helping establish a bathroom routine. We gave this to our daughter for Christmas because it was girly and cute but served a good purpose! Unfortunately the first time we ordered this watch the light stopped working and the time would not allow programming, meaning the watch could not function. We returned the watch and because the product was exactly what we were looking for we purchased a new one...hoping that the first watch was a fluke thing. We were pleased when the new one arrived and allowed us to program it, the lights worked etc. However, a month later the watch stopped functioning and will not vibrate, isn't allowing time change and can't be used. The watch says waterproof and durable, we didn't allow our daughter to expose it to water so we can't attest to that feature but the band is very durable and fit her tiny wrist which was a plus. Due to the 30 day return policy we are unable to return it and receive a refund which is very disappointing. I don't know if this is a reflection on the watch quality itself or the seller's products/quality. We have given it one star due to trying the product twice with bad results and the fact that items such as this do not have a longer return/replacement policy. Had all the features worked and the watch been of good quality and worked it would have been 5 stars for sure. We will keep looking for a discreet watch for special needs with these features, however at this time we can't recommend the purchase of this item.
