Nice quality, but doesn't work for 7mm pen kits
Like a few other reviewers noted, the ID is too big to be used for pen kits. I was hopeful, as one reviewer did say it worked for them. There isn't any play, so I may try using epoxy to lock pieces in place. I do have other potential uses for these, so it's not a total loss.

Used for various projects. Very decorative, when a wooden dowel would be too weak.Also good for a 5mm drill guide.

does not work for 7mm pen tubes!
the product arrived fast in good condition.it popped up as a suggested product when i was looking at pen turning kits so i assumed it was the right tubing for 7mm pens. it is not. it doesnt fit in the hole my 7mm drill bit makes and the pen parts from my slimline kit just fall into it. no resistance.long story short, dont buy them for pen making.

3 stars, my bad not the tubes!
While they are brass tubes, I bought these thinking I can match the brass tubes for pen making. The inner diameter is off by line .01 to .03mm. But they arrived well packaged. Solid product, if it works for your hobby!
