This is a very insightful book. I didn't think that it would catch my attention at first but it has and it has kept it.

This book is a great look at how to handle the emotional reactions of congregational members when dealing with changes that happen in the life of a Church. Whitesel takes a good look at why change presents these emotions and how leaders can deal with that. A good book that's worth a read.

Wow this is great I just got this book the other day it came by so fast I usually order all my books from this seller he always puts tons of patting in the box when you get the the book it looks better than it would look at the store. Also love the book definitely a great read.

Full of challenging ideas and methods. I loved the discussion concerning Strategic, Tactical, and Operational leaders. I would strongly recommend this to anyone, clergy or laity, dealing with change.

A great book. If you are trying to come to grips with what is happening in churches today this book is for you. The author gives a great synopsis of the theology of change and man's pattern of change.

get this book! Bob Whitesel is chocked full of all kinds of knowledge and wisdom when it comes to church administration. If nothing else, when you finish this book you won't be able to forget to slow down and rethink HOW you are doing change in your church.
