It's decent quality but for me it's just not comfortable.

I had a bad fall and bruised my bottom so badly that I couldn't even sit on the sofa. I ordered this and with Prime received it in a day which saved my weekend. I was able to sit comfortably and binge watch all of my shows with no pain. It's so comfortable that I still use it though I am healed. Great product. Soft yet tons of suppport.

Helped my back when ridding in car, i have very bad back, my car seat is hard helped some along with lumbar cushion, bought as set, however the seat part lasted only a couple of weeks before the cushion was no longer useable. Very disappointed!

This is the only pillow or seat support that actually worked for me. It is comfortable and keeps the edge of the chair from "cutting off" circulation in your lower legs when you have to sit for long periods. A life-saver when working online.
