I love these mugs. The size is perfect and they are comfortable to hold. I am not a fan of ceramic as they can be heavy and uncomfortable. These are a porcelain finish that have not and will not chip easily. They are well made and large enough for a good cup of soup. I ordered a second set for a vacation rental because mine have held up so well.

These mugs hold a lot of coffee and no concerns about tipping over. They aren't going anywhere. The handle stays cool and they clean up easily. Very nice and a good value.

The grayish-blue color is very sophisticated, as is the simple shape. The weight and mug handle balance very well and comfortably in hand. As an immersion-brew coffee drinker, I also greatly appreciate the “extra” two ounces of capacity. I used to get my 16-oz. mugs filled nearly to the brim when brewing (500+g of water to make the most of my fresh grind and brew efforts), then inevitably spill little bits while walking with it from the kitchen. I liked them so much that I purchased a second box of six. //The only slight drawbacks are: (1) very minor irregularity in the glaze at the lip as it transitions from the exterior blue to the interior off-white (see photo; some mugs have a crisp edge, others do not); (2) annoying staticky styrofoam packing that breaks off and sticks to the mugs and your hands/arms while unpacking. Aside from these issues, the mugs seem a good value.

I bought these to paint for my art business and they were the PERFECT shape and size. My clients were so thrilled with the end result. My only complaint is that they discontinued this design and the newer designs aren’t as nice shape wise. Please bring this back!!

I was doing a themed dish setting for an event but when I opened it upon arrival the day before one was chipped right on the rim where your mouth goes so it was unsafe to use. I love the cups now for every day use but still miss the one that made a set.

This is exactly what I wanted. The set arrived quickly and in good shape. Nothing broken or chipped. I had been looking for larger size mugs that were not heavy and these are it. They are simple - very nice looking shape in soft white, not heavy which is good because they hold 16 ounces. The handle fits my four fingers. And the price was great. I can't ask for anything more. Thank you!

Purchased 6 last year and came back recently to get more. IMO they are the perfect shape and size. I don't like mugs too thick. I don't like bulky or tiny handles. I don't like curved or thick rims. These clean up easily and are durable. Both shipments came very well packaged with zero damage. Would recommend to anyone.

Packed and shipped well Plus a beautiful productUpdate;; I was worried about the reviews of handles breaking. I purchased these to get a full size coffee cup, and am satisfied with that. Color is a bit off of my turquoise dishes and bowls which are Gibson, heck even the Gibson 29.5 oz are not quite the correct color, go figure. These cups are perfect for me. If I get a coffee and happen to cough or sneeze while holding them I know they won't spill over like my smaller ones did.Now for my update - I rinsed my Dowan cup out for a second coffee. Shaking it over the sink and - yes it flew out of my hand. OMG, my heart stopped. I had a small pot and a nice Gibson bowl which it hit simultaneously. Frankly I expected both the bowl and cup to break into pieces. Neither happened, both the cup and bowl plus pot are fine. :)
