I ordered a xl as I thought I like them roomy and amazon recommended xl.It swamps me I'd say it's at least a 22.It's a shame they lookxand feel great.I already took the label off so can't return so I'll gift them on and order a M

this has been really helpful- i’ve list a Lot of weight over the last year & it’s still happening. these have sone me through reducing 2-3 sizes in 2-3 months. baggy now but elasticated waist means they still fit & are comfy
