I have been using this over a year now and get this on auto ship. Works really well if you take it about 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep. It helps me to relax and feel somewhat groggy and able to fall asleep and stay alseep faster. The price is great if you shop around you will find this is a good price. My psych recommended I take this on top of my trazodone, as I kept waking up in the middle of the night even with it, and it kept me asleep pretty well. I was already tired when I took it, so I have no idea how it affects drowsiness. The taste isn’t offensive either.So far so good.
