Very realistic look and texture

This is a permanent sticker. You cannot remove it once it is in place.
I used it with Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars. The parking spaces are too narrow for these cars. I also placed sticker on a wood floor not realizing it would be permanent.

It's a good product, not great but good
Not sure what all the people with the negative comments and 1 star rating were looking for. First, this is in fact HO scale says it right on the pkg. in the letters "H" & "O" (1:87), it's NOT 1:64 you should know what your buying when you purchase an item. The product doesn't deserve a 1 star rating because people didn't read the package correctly for the scale size. It's defiantly not a permanent decal. I have applied it on a surface and removed with no problem. It's $10 what do you expect for $10 nowadays?

Curb side parking is a must, no matter the size of your layout. Whether downtown or the suburbs. And the Busch Gmbh and Co parking lot is ideal for shopping centers and office structures. A word of caution if you have never dealt with Busch flexible parking lots. They're sticky, and they stretch. Once the paper backing is removed, it will stick to just about anything. I recommend laying it out and double checking available space before removing the backing!

The little parking lot is cute, and seems like it made with lots of detail, but it was a bit expensive for no bigger than it was.
