This Alpine Innovations Body Fuel Energy + Focus. Is extremely tasty and definitely gives you that dose of energy and focus for a great workout or in my daughters case... focus and energy for her games and practices. She has two hour long practices and tournaments that can last for 4-6 hours. She comes home feeling great and hydrated. Since she has cut out all other beverages form her diet and only drinks water this has become her go to drink for practice 5 times a week and games 1 a month. Let's not forget the flavor is delicious and yes please dont smell it from to close but smell it when its mixed with water and then taste. The only reason I give this a 4 of 5 is beacuse I feel like flavor variations is something that is important to keep options open. And I hope they are as delicious as this watermelon one.

I have currently been using the product for about 10 days now, while I have enjoyed the new found energy and mental sharpness with this product, i do believe if anything this product should be used before and after workouts. I have not used the product in this manner instead I used it to replace cups of coffee throughout my day. This product has a great taste of watermelon that isn't like an artificial taste. I feel mentally sharper and able to focus on things as I did nearly 18 years ago. I have more focus and energy with less jitters as I have had with products like 5 hour energy.Easily made and refreshing to consume. So if your looking for a refreshing pick me up after a workout or even a good run this is my suggestion for you.

The flavor is great tasting. I’ve used it as a pre workout as well as just an energy drink during the day. It work awesome for both and doesn’t drop you hard like other energy drinks. Overall very pleased with my purchase and will be back for more!!

so ive had different types of pre work out drinks, and I am a big fan of cream flavored ice cream (yes i know fat boy moment) but this tasted just like strawberries and cream. with no weird chemical taste, loved it, gave me the boost i need!

Use this as a pre work out and it gives me energy and focus without the tingling and the blood sugar drop that the previous supplement gave me.
