Exactly as described and my dog loves the squeaker! The little grooves can be filled with peanut butter or dog toothpaste for added interest. I would say that the overall look of this toy isn’t exactly “safe for work”, but my dog doesn’t seem to mind. I’ll just have to hide it when company comes 😂

Nice for the dog. My complaint is the shape. That photo does not show how the chew toy tapers at the end. I find it a bit embarrassing to have it laying around the house. Think about it, tapered end. I will admit that it has given us more than a few laughs.

I wouldn’t usually take the time to write something about a dog toy but I can’t believe how much my dog loves this thing! It has a milky smell to it and I guess tastes like it too as my dog hasn’t let it out of his sight since I have it to him. It’s a simple boy but for a teething puppy this was perfect, not too big not too small, it has some give to it so durable again for a puppy.

This is more suitable for a medium to large dog.Very firm, so not an easy squeak to encourage chewing.Wasted money for me.Updated:HOWEVER, Amazon returns are remarkably easy and the company has reached out to me multiple times to "make this right" with me, as a customer.So I've updated my star rating to 4 stars, because the product itself seemed great, just not for a small dog - and the company gets extra stars for their remarkably good customer service :)

If your dog likes to chew their toys, then this toy is for you. If your dog mainly likes to play fetch, then this toy probably isn’t. My dog likes to play fetch more than to chew, so I chose to put peanut butter on the toy and that did help, but she mostly resorted to licking the peanut butter off as opposed to chew it. I think the idea is great, but it really just depends on your dog’s preference. This toy is extremely durable; it can be compared to the durability of a Kong in my opinion. The shape of the toy could be updated though.

Although it looks like an "adult toy", it was very helpful for my dog. It is durable and helped my dog. He loves chewing on it and it keeps him busy.

The product is great other than my dog was off put by it. My idea was to put dog tooth paste in the bristles and that she would enjoy it. She hates it. My dog loves plush toys and tennis balls and usually is not picky. I washed the toothpaste off and tried again with no success. The squeaker is kind of hard to get it to squeak. The base of it is really hard. Only the tip can squeak. While we’re are on the subject... the toy is quite phallic in shape. The thing straight up looks like a female toy for uh... humans. It makes for a hilarious conversation piece for visitors. I think it was the smaller size that I bought.I was really hoping this would work for my dog but it was a bust. Don’t start your dog off with toothpaste. Let them play with it for a few days first.

My dog loves chomping and chewing on this cute cactus brush! He isn’t a fan of brushing, so this definitely helps keep his smile clean without the fuss. I love the design, and if it’s left out it looks just like a cute dog toy and not some strange utensil. He plays/brushes a couple times every day now, and gets excited when he sees it. He loves to destroy chew toys and will do so regularly, this item is so durable I haven’t even seen a deep puncture wound on it. This is exciting because I don’t have to worry about leaving him unattended because he might swallow a piece of it. This was a great purchase!
