Works for Kenmore 111.7503512 to replace the discontinued evaporator fan # 60159-0013600-00
Worked in my Kenmore 111.75035120 as a replacement for the discontinued fan motor ( fan motor part # 60159-0013600-00 or fan assy. part # 30120-0031900-00). There is a youtube video on how to change out the fan - that provides directions - I can't post the link here. Also - you do need to splice the lines on the plug so they are in the same order as the fan you are replacing. The wires are very small, and you shouldn't do this with electrical tape. I got crimping butt splices for 16-22 wires. The fridge is working now, and the technication said I would have to replace the 2 year 1 month only fridge. Also - the fan motor fits in the assembly, but it's not the exact same one that I removed. Attached are pictures of the one I removed.

Fits Kenmore Refrigerator Model 111.75505020 (Kind Of)
Refrigerator was at 50 degrees when it was set to 37 degrees. Freezer was working fine. Sears repair person came out and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty refrigerator evaporator fan motor. He ordered a replacement OEM fan, but it was back-ordered with no ETA. Looked around the internet for a solution and came across a link to this product on Amazon. Searched the comments and found another user encountered the same problem and found that this fan motor fit in place of the OEM fan with a minor change to the wiring. According to this person, this fan was wired as Red Black Purple while the OEM fan motor was wired as Red Yellow Black. I found the fan motor that arrived was wired as Purple Red Black. I swapped the connector from the OEM fan motor to the new fan motor and connected the wires Red-Red Yellow-Purple Black-Black. After installation I confirmed the fan spins normally by plugging in the power to the refrigerator. Reinstalled everything and will monitor the temps. It seems to be working.

Will work with Everchill DC fridge with modification.
Easily modified for Everchill 107970 DC camper fridge. The only place with the direct replacement fan wanted $160 so I picked up this one to see if I could make it work. Two things to know. You have to trade the shaft and plug from the original fan. That means pry off the back, easy with flathead screw driver, slide the shaft and magnet assembly out (donโt loose any of the spacers), and put them in the new motor assembly. The plug requires soldiering or connectors. All wires are colored identically so just match them up. Motor is of compatible quality to original part. Weight and structure are nearly identical. Pretty sure plastic casing is identical material. Pictures show original part side by side with replacement. Have used the fan for one week so far. Will update if there are any issues with the motor being 4w instead of 2W. I have no major concerns but am going to order a spare to keep in the RV. For less than $20 it is worth seeing g how long itโll last.

Did not work on my Kenmore 111.75035020 for fan Drep9020LL
Tried this fan as a replacement for my fan (part # DREP9020LL) on my Kenmore refrigerator model 111.75035020. Besides having to cut the wires, re-wire it in correct order for it to work (other reviews on here talk about the correct order wires need to be in) the fan was Not Blowing Strong Enough. I'm not sure if this fan I purchased is actually 2100 rpm as it advertised, but in any case it did not have enough wind power to push the air up from the freezer to the fridge (that's usually how fridges work, the cold air from freezer is pushed up into the fridge section). Another review on here shows a video of how weak/slow the fan is which will likely not keep your Kenmore fridge where it needs to be 40 degrees or colder. Maybe it will work for a small/tiny personal fridge but my fridge is a bottom freezer and measures 36x33x69. Hope this reviews helps you. I do not recommend for a Kenmore fridge or similar size.

Works for Dometic DMC4101
Bought this for a Dometic DMC4101 12v fridge. IT spins clockwise which is the right direction. All you need to do is cut the old wires and wire them to this fan motor. its 3 wires and its color for color so super easy and does work. also dont forget to swap the fan shafts which is also super easy. overall worked great.

Not for Dometic 12V fridge
As noted by others, do not order this freezer fan for Dometic DMC4101. The wires coming out of the motor are the same as old motor, but I noticed the connector was different. After installing the wire from the old motor onto this one and keeping the same order as original the motor seemed to work fine. I purchased the fan blade so the counter clock would work. Everything seemed fine but in a short time the motor quit for good. Ammendment: Although this motor spins counter clockwise and OEM is clockwise, I used the optionalbfan you can order that is smaller. The reason the OEM fan stopped was due to a burnt Module Board. Upon replacement this fan is now running, but due to a smaller shaft, not to powerful. Hopefully, this will due. The price is much less than OEM fan. (Almost the same). Hope it does not quit. Due to it working I am upping my recommendation.

My "Insignia" (Medea) NS-RTM18SS7 fridge stopped working. Of course, I had to buy a replacement fridge while fixing this one (troubleshooting and waiting for parts is weeks). Eventually discovered that the fan in the freezer compartment was not working. It's a 12 volt DC 4 watt fan (red = +, black = -), with a 'tach' signal on the 3rd purple wire. The tach signal is about 100Hz TTL (5v) square wave and informs the fridge control board that the fan is actually working. When that fan fails (they have a short lifespan), then the tach signal stops, and the controller knows, so it flashed all the white LEDs at me. My original fan was PN ZWF-02-4 502404010024, and I did have to cut-and-splice the 3 wires as the connector was different. Got it installed, and the fridge is now working. As the evaporator fan is in the freezer compartment, it's actually really easy to reach. Fan is attached to the motor shaft with a press fit and clamped with a spring. Really easy to install. Any advice provided here is for experienced DIY folks only. There are more-identical fans available (plug and play), but this one was delivered in just a few days. And I don't mind to solder wires and use heat shrink. Good luck.
