Warning! This stuff has extreme amounts of bifidobacterium andlactobacillus, which are like many tiny industries that produces lactic, possibly leading to metabolic acidosis. I experienced extreme brain fog, anhedonia, and every terrible metabolic acidosis symptoms. I still manage symptoms with sodium bicarbonate, and that's the only thing that reduces these symptoms. Antibiotics can not even reach my intestines to reduce lactobacillus and bifidobacterium population.

Very gentle, no extreme results. Added to my other 25 -spectrum probiotic as a boost, now that I am in my 70’s. Also added magnesium citrate and plain pysllium husks for easier digestion. I will keep taking but not sure if I should be taking two a day instead of one.

These take a little getting used to but they really do make a difference. After having a digestion issues after repeated Cipro intake - I thought my issues would never resolve. These really do get things moving. They remind me a bit of the probiotics in Activia but not as harsh. I think that taking one a day is good but maybe a couple times a week , try moving up to 2 a day ? Excellent packaging , Made in Denmark ( yay ! ) and working well so far. Recommend.

This is life-changing. I have struggled with constipation off and on for years. Tried everything from prunes to mixes you drink. I exercise, drink lots of water, eat healthy but the problem persisted. I saw this product and thought why not. Omg, I’m like a normal person. No stomach upset or side effects. My body just works like normal. I need a lifetime supply!

Probiotics , They say everyone should take them. What can I say I think they’re working OK

Ad looks like product comes in a bag, but it comes in a plastic container. That’s not a bad thing, just unexpected.
