While the measurements in the listing are correct, the picture of the bag on the model is misleading. The model must be child size as this doesn't come close to working as a cross body bag. I'll keep it because it's still decent but be sure to apply the measurements directly to your body to make sure it fits on you as you like. As for shipping, it arrived very much ahead of schedule so I can't complain about that.

I don’t know what other people are complaining about 🤷‍♀️ This bag is adorable and a good size. This is the second bag I’ve purchased from this company. The first one is still going strong but is a tad large for winter use. Also, they throw in cute little bracelets for free.

I’m in love with this bag !! It’s so cute and big. I can fit a lot in this bag. It hangs at the perfect length for me too.

Within a couple weeks of using it the lining ripped and threaded so you couldn't really fix it, I'm hoping to be able to replace it myself. The bag itself is good quality and very cute, I'm still using it despite the issue with the lining.

Wish the material was a little thicker but seems to hold a LOT of weight... 2 water bottles, perfume, wallet, bottle pills ( ibuprofen btw) And a lot of other junk. Good buy

I like the purse. My only problem is the strap is to short. It will not be a crossbody purse because of that other then that it is ok.
