4 star for the tea, 2 starts for the infuser. This tea is in what appears to be aluminum foil infusers (huge waste of materials). Ingredients - Indian black tea, cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, black pepper and natural flavoring. The box is recyclable, the rest I am not so sure. Each infuser is about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide, and is wrapped in plastic. Opening the plastic, there is a noticeable spice aroma (though I can not place specifically what it is I smell). Many of the infusers I used had some leakage of the tea when brewing, but only minor. Brewing the tea, the aroma is not strong, but the taste is a spicy chai, though a little more subtle that I prefer. I will drink all of this, but will probably not order again, because so much wasted packaging and the infuser. A stronger tasting chai can be found in Oregon Chai tea bags, or Yogi chai (All organic).
