The carry bagIf you have suspicion on elasticity/quality or durability you can watch the video of me performing( lateral flys, front and overhead triceps) in these exercises the band gets stretched almost at its max, from how much i know if taken care of properly this product could last around for an year( which is worth) for Rs.550.I bought these as substitute for gym as I'm leaving for my home town for 10 days, you can use this band on days when you don't feel like going to gym.Stay fit stay Active.

I own two resistance tube set one of Joyfit and now this one, quality wise the tube quality is top notch it's latex no comparison to Joyfit. The quality of hooks is strong, bigger and sturdy good quality steel no compromise. The handles are the best, the grip is foam, size is quite comfortable, the straps quite thick with good stitching. Similar quality handles would cost you around 500 rs.Disadvantages is that you get only two tubes 40 lb and 20 lb. They don't sell spare tubes. The exercise book is ordinary, not worth it, only good for bigginers.No ankle strap.Note:If you don't have budget constraints then would advise you buy this one and another set one like Joyfit / Cockatoo (5 resistance tube, with ankle strap, although you can't compare the quality of material).

The kit is so lightweight that it can be easily taken anywhere for a quick workout. The 20lb and 40lb tubes offer good resistance. Booklet is useful as it gives clear illustrations on how to build muscle with more number of repetitions

I got this product on time. It was ideal for doing workouts while we are travelling. There are two resistance tubes of 20 and 40 Pounds. With this I can do my workouts without missing my dumbbells.

Good product, will update later if my view changes🙂After receiving resistance tubes from a diff company i have realised how good quality is slovic bands in comparison, the latches, hooks, connectors, straps fabric , loops everything is higher quality and much more stronger , something u will instantly feel if you have some other company's tubes ( i only ordered the second product because of the limited resistance it provided).....if you are thinking of buying one, dont hesitate and get this, it is a very good product and designed with a lot of small details being kept into consideration.And now that i think of it, i should have baught another set of slovic tubes rather than going for a decent but inferior set from a different company ( I'm not saying joyfit bands are bad, they aren't as good as this one)

Yes the product is much better than the cheap bundled resistance bands selling online and offline.But the quality is not great, its only fair.Especially the door anchor, it is of the poorest quality from the ones I have seen.Also If you are going to do some serious workout you would need additional bands.

..so choose wisely. I like this because I am a beginner.It helps me stretch my ligaments and joints, and if I pursue it longer, it provides a warm up workout for me to begin my day.Product quality is optimally good. Looks like this will last a while.Thank you Sicher for such good quality, value for money products.

Please note that I received reisistance band on 29th Feb 2019 and the black one snapped. I have used the bands properly making sure it doesn't touch any rough or sharp objects. Can I get the black band replaced, attached pic for reference.
