Good, Clean All-Purpose Flour
I was pleased with first loaf made today from this flour. The flour is clean, the bread delicious. I guess I was a little concerned after reading of some other brands with problems. This is on-par with any all-purpose flour I’ve used.

What's in a label, right?
Ok, I got a nice 25 lbs of bleached, enriched white flour wearing the Monarch restaurant brand. So, different label and not the unbleached AP flour I was looking for BUT, we're in a global pandemic and there wasn't much choice. I'm not complaining but I am making the suggestion that the seller clarifies just what it is they be selling.Other than that, its flour. It was delivered quickly and the price wasn't to hard to take. So, thank you. I appreciate the product.

A great deal for 25lbs
Great deal for 25lbs of flour. Wish it was delivered a bit sooner but won't complain about free shipping. Item was delivered via UPS. I have plenty of flour now to bake lots of bread for my neighbors!

Big Bag of Flour
No complaints. It’s flour. I bake my own bread and make pizza dough often. This worked perfectly. I’ve used it to make waffles and pancakes too.

Nice flour for bread baking
I would have liked the packaging to be waterproof. It was delivered on a rainy day and by chance I was home at the time of delivery, otherwise the rain would have soaked through the bag and ruin the flour.

Flour
It's AP flour. Was the only thing available during the beginning of the pandemic.

Good for the trash can .
I paid the gauging price of almost $60 for $25 pounds because you could not find flour in March / April and everything I made came out horrible. Not good for the sourdough bread , the waffles and a galette came out uneatable, even the potatoes pancakes came out bad . The flour just did not work .I can not understand the 5 stars reviews . Was something wrong with the the bag I received ? I was making those things for years , no problem ever . $60 ended in the trash can .
