MUST TRY!
I’ve not been able to eat pasta in years due to swelling and bloating. I bought this to give it a try. It is sooooo delicious! I cooked it for 7 minutes like the box said and they turned out perfect. The look like noodles and even have similar consistency. Only difference is they actually taste better! All I added was avocado oil and some pampered chef sweet basil. This will be a new staple in my house and I’m looking forward to trying other variations.

I just ordered 8 more boxes...
I love all 5 varieties. Can’t necessarily choose one over any others. I add pine nuts and pesto, or bruschetta. If you boil too aggressively the pasta tends to fall apart. Boil gently!

WOW! These are wonderful!
As someone who has tried just about every grain-free pasta on the market I was expecting that these noodles would be edible but nothing too special. I was wrong!! These are absolutely WONDERFUL! I am amazed. After reading other reviews here I decided to cook them very carefully according to the instructions. I think the key is to handle them very gently while cooking. I watched mine as they boiled and made sure I only had small air bubbles coming up in the boil, no rolling boil so the noodles were staying put. I gently stirred once at the beginning and then a few times as they cooked, and then I really gently set them into the strainer and rinsed with a (again, gentle!) stream of warm water. They seemed a little too soft to me as they went in to the strainer, but then just like the box says they firmed right up after the rinse. I don't understand the science of it but it worked!!I put on my favorite homemade cream sauce and was able to stir in the sauce well without breaking any noodles. The flavor and texture were amazing. Absolutely perfect. I would put these on-par with Capella's as far as texture but I like these better because they aren't so heavy/filling.These are a winner and I will be ordering a lot more. Nice work Cybele's!!

I wasn't expecting it to taste that great, but it does
Normally I eat brown rice pasta, but I'm modifying my diet to increase protein, fiber, and color. This fit the bill. I wasn't expecting it to taste that great, but it does. Texture is awesome, doesn't taste strongly vegetable-y, and a serving half the size of what I normally eat filled me up and kept me full for hours. I highly recommend.

When you're completely grain-free, it works!!
Not bad!! I'm completely grain free but there are days when I miss good ol pasta and zucchini/squash noodles just don't cut it for me, sometimes. My husband cooked these noodles, and I don't think he boiled them "gently" and may have cooked them for too long. They turned out pretty mushy, but we still ate them. We put chicken, shrimp with alfredo sauce over them and the whole meal was delish! I liked this flavor (cauliflower) better than the kale and spinach. So, I'll probably just buy more of this flavor and next time I'll cook them. :)

Not bad for what it is
For those reviewers who said that it has a bit of a weird smell, that is true. It is exactly what you would expect though ... the smell of boiling vegetables. No one boils/steams brocolli and thinks it smells better than fresh baked bread or brownies. Why would you expect the same from a pasta made of vegetables? For those reviews who said that the pasta fell apart, that is true of almost any pasta if you cook it for too long. Normal pasta goes from al dente to squishy to mushy to falling apart. This pasta goes from al dente to falling apart, so there is less room for error. I usually undercook my pasta a bit and then add it to the sauce to finish cooking, so I never have an issue with overcooking, including when I used that method with this pasta. For those reviews who said this pasta tastes bad, I guess that is all up to one's personal liking. To me, these did not taste bad, but they also did not taste good. Better than canned processed garbage, but far from being as good as most boxed pasta. If you do not cook them right, and do not have them with a good sauce, then I probably wouldn't eat them.Would I buy these again? NoWould I eat this again if someone else made it for me? Sure, but I would be a bit disappointed.

Follow cooking instructions exactly.
Tastes great, is easy to prepare - be careful not to overcook! A little goes a long way; works with sauce, works in pasta salad...I will always have this in my pantry.
