I am giving this product a 1 star review because when I opened the package about 30 minutes ago, I found that both of the hand-grips were not new and had been previously used. How do I know this? They were both dirty with streaks, smudges and stains and the one with the counter was already on number 335!I am appalled that in the midst of a corona virus pandemic some one saw fit to send out used goods as new thereby putting me and my family at serious risk of infection. I thought of sending it back but I am very busy and do not have the time to waste going to the nearest return point, not to mention that in order to minimise the risk of infection, I only go out if I absolute need to. I therefore took the decision to wash all of the equipment and the pouch in which they came in copious amounts of dettol disinfectant, soap and water and I am now air-drying them. Unfortunately, as result of running them through water, the counter on the main hand-grip has stopped working and is now blank and I can only hope it might resume working once it finally dries out.I am very disappointed after buying from you Syosin because of of your 4.5 star rating and great reviews. The product might be good (I don't know yet) but I am very disappointed at being sent used hand grips as new.

These are great, after using for a few weeks I could definitely sense a slight improvement to my grip. The main reason to buy these are definitely for the two 'grip strengtheners'. The other products are also decently made, I also liked the individual finger training one and the elastic stretch band. The ball and "Chew toy" shaped ring are alright, and all of these come with a large enough pouch to hold them in.The only reason keeping it from a 5 star is a small concern for the durability of these. The grip strengtheners both showed, what I think is, some signs of fracturing, the smaller strengthener made a large snap sound when I tried it first, but never again after that.These are a definitely a good value and good if you want to do something while watching YouTube or you have a fidgeting habit. and of course, training your grip.

Lately I’ve found myself in front of the television a lot more than usual, using the hand stretchers whilst watching tv keeps me busy. All of the different hand grips are really high quality and one of the larger grips has a counter built in so It makes counting out how many exercises you’ve done in one session easy. I recommend this to anyone who wants to be able to exercise their hands whilst still being able to carry out their daily activities

I find it has helped as my grip is slot better when I do pull-ups, Fab hand strengthening kit a variety of tools each requiring differing techniques and strengthening easily, Made well from sturdy materials all kept together with a handy bag greatly admired by my son and partner alike I can see some competitions going onHighly recommend good communications and fast delivery will use again.

There are already several reviews more or less detailed, I'll just point out pros and consPros-Quality seems to be good,good and durable products-All you need in one set with TWO hand grip strengthener-Overall a good price being a set of 6 itemsCons-I bought this set especially because of the 2 pack hand grips in order to use both of them at the same time. The problem is that the two hand grips have a totally different resistance, both of them should be adjustable up to 60 kg but it's impossible to calibrate them at the same resistance being also slightly different in size.VerdictThe price for the all set is ok, if you don't mind the issue with the adjustable resistance or you need to use one hand grip at the time then go for it.

This is an amazing set for training lower arms, wrist and fingers. Really useful for recovering weak muscles and strengthening. I've appreciate the counter on one of them because it helped train both hands equally. Also the adjustable difficulty is something that I often used, working up with 10-15 kg and being able to go to 40-50. The little pouch that came with it helped a lot with storing them all in one place and not leave them all-over the house. Overall happy. Would recommend!

This hand grips are pretty handy specially now that we’ve been working from home, fidgeting with them is definitely beneficial.The grip can be adjusted depending the strength that you want, there’s a smaller one perfect for my wife.The ball is nice and soft but not to soft in the centre, definitely soothing.Finger exerciser is a little weak for me but good enough for just exercising after long period on the computer.Overall a good kid for people working from home to keep good ergonomics

A great selection of devices, exactly what I was after! I had seen these sorts of devices advertised, and I thought they would be handy for my fidgeting. I sit at a desk for prolonged periods if time, and usually find something to mess with, and these have been a great replacement! There is such a variety of excersises you can do, with a lot of resistance available, so they can be built into a workout regime. All the items are made of high quality plastic/rubber, and I look forward to using these going forward!
