A couple cons, but otherwise very happy with them.
I have had my Wi Digital wireless set for going on a year now. It is used commercially as I travel all across the nation filming for corporations and universities. So this is my experience with it thus far.Over all it works well and 99% of the time it works. When it is working it delivers clear good quality audio and has a pretty decent range. I cannot say how far it goes as most of what we do are interviews and talking head videos so the talent is only a few feet away from the camera, 15-20 feet at most. Or I have used it for weddings and the camera might be at most 20-30 feet from the groom. So I cannot give honest review for a situation where distance quality is necessary. With that said, there are times when it just does not want to work, this has happened about 3 times to me where it is still showing good power and it is showing that it is linked, however there is no audio being transmitted. Then I have had to use my backup wired lav's in place of it. There are also sometimes when there is some interference, however the interference on these units sounds like digital breakup and not static breakup. It is also hard to tell when the battery is low because there is no battery level, its either on or not. Which kind of sucks. I have rigged battery packs for ours by purchasing the small slim rectangle USB cellphone charging packs and using velcro to attach them if needed. This seems to work well by not only powering it but charging it at the same time as they have the same voltage and amp needs.Other than its occasional hiccups, which happen on many other wireless systems as well in my experience even with the much more expensive Sennheiser and Sony systems. The kit comes with professional adapters and pretty much everything you would need to adapt to audio units. I have hooked mine up to a sound board and sent wireless to my camera, If I have had 2 people on camera I have hooked them both up with wired lav's and run both of those into the transmitter and then had 2 people wireless to the camera internal. It really is a good system.I only gave it 4 stars for the occasional not syncing, having NO battery level indicator and having to rig up my own battery pack system.OTHER than that I think they are a great unit, very well built and deliver excellent audio quality. So if you are a filmmaker or videographer on a budget I would purchase a set of these and also a couple audio technica wired lav's that are only like $29 bucks each for backup and you will be very happy. I would also go to CVS or Walgreens and pickup some of those small USB cell phone charging blocks and use them as battery packs after about an hour of use. Once they stop syncing from loosing power they do not seem to want to sync again until they have a pretty good charge put back on them. So fyi on that.

The claims were that it worked better than many of the other wireless system for around ...
*** RIP-OFF-REPORT ***I purchased the EL2 System after listening to the 'Owner' "Pierre" pitch me across the counter of a well known camera outlet. The claims were that it worked better than many of the other wireless system for around similar pricing. Enticing me to buy, he through in a special USB Device to sweet'n the deal and assured I would not be disappointed. I plunked down my hard-earned cash and began using the setup... It was great for a couple of months, being able to have clear wireless audio, no cables was the best.Butt.... Within two-three months Troubles started to rise. Problems syncing and Audio Noise (using only their included mics/cables)... I tried contacting 'Pierre' several times (he had given me his personal business card to call him if I had any problems), yet no response.About the 4 month into ownership, the units begin to fail holding a charge... and additionally, no audio, no matter what setting I used, they failed. (The units appeared to sync, features appeared to be working based on led indications, but the bottom line, nothing was working)At this point I was forced to work with the company on support issues. I called/emailed 'Pierre' repeatedly, NEVER ONCE got a response or an acknowledgment from this man, nor his company.I still have these two pieces of useless hardware, lost Hundreds of hard earned dollars as they sit collecting dust in their fancy packaging. These units have a failure rate... Its just up to chance wither you get a good set, or not. The question is, do you want to find out during a shoot (after testing) that things fail. (Yes, have backups), but its the disappointment and the hassle after the fact.

Don't bother unless being constantly frustrated is yr thing
My boss bought two of these things and they worked great for a few months. Then the malfunctions started. I shoot wedding videos and it's at the point now where I have to put both mics on the officiant in the hopes that one of them will work correctly. Even when one does connect and capture sound, if I am not within 25 feet of the transmitter there is very noticeable clicking and digital interference. If I hold my finger to the input it seems to receive the signal better, but this is hardly a workaround. Very disappointed with this product. Look for something else, honestly. It's not worth the headaches.
