When things go perfectly everyone just gives 5 stars. However, in this case, things didn't go perfectly. Had the top light at the top of the sky tree not light up. Everything else worked. Cables/connections were ok. Just a bad led. Was super bummed and looking at the reviews was a little concerned but thought I could live with it I suppose. Emailed support over the holiday and they responded within a couple of days. Explained the problem and they said it would take 2-3 weeks for the replacement light. Ok...what do I have to lose.... sure enough the replacement showed up (us mail) / no charge - as they promised. Giving this 5 stars for their customer service handling one light.Replaced the light tonight and it's working great. The only negatives are trying to get the wires perfectly wound/bound tightly at the right lengths is a huge headache and didn't feel like doing that so bound some and hid the rest. If you look at the manual they are very neatly and perfectly twisted together...it's really a clean connection but took more time than I wished to bother with after having to take the sky tree apart.One other kind of thing the company could improve, the 4 color changing lights at the bottom of the sky tree never really stuck to the 2-sided tape. Again, not a big deal as they are still on the bottom, but if you want the 'perfect' looking catalog install, will take a lot of patience...debated about tacking them down with something else but can't really see they are slightly lifted off the adhesive. Not a big deal just something I found mildly annoying. Note this was prior to the whole disassembly/reassembly related to the led replacement.A few other things: This is super challenging to put together, very tight spaces to feed the wires through...takes a lot of patience and in some cases like the sky tree the wiring is super tight. However, it does work well and is really beautiful lit up. Definitely something a child would likely need an adults help with (if you're considering it as a gift).They replaced the single light with 2 instead of 1. Which thought if there is a problem this is great…can’t imagine 3 bad LEDs. Didn’t try the other one, but did note that the two LEDs were physically attached together (looks like how they were manufactured). Needed to be carefully separated (“folded”) to use them. Not a big deal but didn’t realize that would be required with the replacement lights. Was never required for any of the lights in the kit. Could see this being a problem if they were separated incorrectly and end up damaging both of them. (though this didn’t happen, seemed like a possibility).Value for the money is good... felt a touch expensive for "just" some LEDs but given the detailed instructions and the customer service was as promised have to say 5 stars. It's how a business handles the things that don't go quite right and handles the customer service issues that tell you a lot more about how the company treats its customers. I'd gladly buy another light kit from these folks given how things worked out.

The instructions were straightforward and all of the lights look great. It was very difficult to get the wiring to resemble the pictures in the instructions but I’m happy with the final products. Some of the LEGO bricks do not seem like they fit perfect with the lights in them but that may be user error. None of them are falling off but they didn’t “snap” in like usual. Overall, I would gladly buy from this company again if I wanted to add lights to another LEGO set.

Not very easy to install, but once you get it set up it's really cool. Kinda expensive, but made a nice gift for my lego-loving kid.

El producto en si es una obra de arte, pero no mencionan que hay piezas que se deben mejorar al interior, ya sea con algún cuchillo caliente ya que de otra forma el producto no logra acoplar las piezas a las figuras originales, más de alguna vez cometí el error y terminé con los cables dañados. Es un aviso que es un producto que requiere de varias horas para ser instalado complemente, una gran pizca de paciencia

The lights are difficult to wire through the cityscape but I’m sure it would look great if you can do it.

They look great when they’re installed, but they’re very easy to break.

Ein bisschen Kompliziert. Teils eine wackelige Angelegenheit sobald die Kabel verlegt sind, vorallem der Tokyo Tower, da hier die Stab zur Stabilität entnommen wird . Aber super schön anzusehen.

Pièces beaucoup plus petites que nous pensions c’était un cadeau à mon petit fils qui est très habile généralement mais cette fois ci il a avec plus de difficultés ….il va y arriver, c’est un bon défi.

I decided to add more life to my lego pieces and thought of adding some lights would really amp up the displays. When starting the light sets (i had mine build prior and the instructions will ask to disassemble pieces) the instructions are not very clear but usually you can figure out what they are going for. At times they may even ask you to remove some pieces making your build less stable. I also managed to cut one of the LED lights due to unclear instructions.But once you get through the instructions your builds will look fantastic! I am impressed with how bright the LED lights are (used both batteries and USB). For anyone that wants to add a bit of light to your display pieces I would definitely recommend this just have a bit of patience when assembling.

The Lego was easy to put together but the lights or a something elseIf you get it in wrong and you can’t put the lights in the right place and you try and take him out they break easily
