No SP O2 Function?
I wanted to upgrade my Fitbit device in the hopes that I would be able to add the pulse ox and Fitbit pay. I was surprised to see the box had both the lavender straps and black straps- great. Fitbit pay was easy to set up but I was disappointed to find out that the SP02 sensor is on the device but turned off for me. The community has different on/off news - very confusing. The official company position is that it is turned on for some but off for most? with not news on when it will be released in 2020. I sadly returned the device for a Garmin Vivosmart 4.

Upgraded
Watch face not very sensitive when I turn to check time. Love band and housing. Love getting sleep info! More features than HR Alta. And the band doesn’t unlock and fall off like Alta Hr one.

Stopped Working within 6 Months
My Fitbit just stopped charging for no apparent reason. I know it's covered by a warranty but am not sure who to contact. It was not an inexpensive item and, for all the trouble it cost me, I would not buy it again or recommend it to anyone.

Customer Service
I had ordered the Charge 3 to replace a worn out one. It did not charge so I contacted the customer service and they are sending me a new one. Fabulous person tried to help me and then we figured out it was a faulty fitbit. My fitbit is linked with my health insurance so I get credit for activity.

It’s not really water proof and the charges went black, a lousy product
They should even be on the market because of the defective ones that can not be repair

Screen turned black after about a month or so
Received my item in early March. As of last week the face turned black and I can not read anything on the screen. I have tried all necessary fix recommendations on line and NOTHING has helped. Amazon is telling me to contact the supplier and I can't ever find a way to do that since it keeps bouncing back to Amazon. Very frustrated. I had a Charge 2 that I upgraded to the 3 and the 2 worked for years with no issues, my grandson is using that now. Wish I would never had purchased the Charge 3.

Gets too dim to see.
Upgraded my Charge 2 a couple of years ago to a Charge 3 so I could use it in the water. Just before the warranty expired the display was so dim I couldn't see it. Contacted Fitbit who made me go through the motions of rebooting it twice. When that didn't work they finally sent me a refurbished one. It worked great for a while but is now having the same issue. My Charge 2 still works great. Don't waste your money on the Charge 3.
