Well made. Lots of attachments. Great value. A little heavy for me but maybe not after I work out more! 😀

I loved the cards that showed you levels to work for and the repetitions necessary to reach goals that you have set for yourself. They mount right where you can see them. I am a young 69 and I love being able to strengthen and tone without leaving my home. I had knee replacements and this system helps me to maintain the limited mobility that I currently have. My scar tissue grew back too fast. I love to bowl and have joined a league. You have to work at what you love to do.

Already mostly assembled. It is a little heavier than I expected. Glad my son in law was there to help me get it out of the box and unfolded. Sturdy built. My wife and I have been using it for 2 weeks, 3 times a week and have already noticed an improvement in flexibility and waist line ( modest improvement) the exercises are fairly simple and easy to adjust the resistance. I think it usable for all ages and abilities.

I've been using this machine for over a month, it is giving me a decent workout routine. I had to get away from free weights to due the strain on my joints so I am giving this a try. I must say It dues challenge me a bit and it is giving me what I need at the moment.

Love this. Great operation. Accessories are a bit different than in some pictures of the exercise cards it comes with.

The total gym is so great. I couldn’t afford one online from their website but this one was affordable at under $500 with all the props. As I have disabling conditions that no longer allow me to work out the way I used to, this thing relieves my pressure on my body and allows me a full workout with full range of motion pain free. It folds up nicely to be out of the way and quickly unfolds in any location. I can actually work out within my daily schedule when I want to.
