This leg wedge is AMAZING, and I am SO HAPPY I bought two of them. I have numerous fractures and dislocations in my left foot. I've been using pillows to elevate my foot in the cast. The pillows would tip over, squish down, and didn't give very good knee support, which seemed to exacerbate swelling and pain. I started using this wedge immediately after it inflated to it's full thickness (about an hour). It is SO comfortable, sturdy yet soft, ad the gentle slope from the base to the end where my foot lies is JUST RIGHT. I am 6'3" tall and it fits me perfectly. However, I believe t would work well for shorter people as well, due to that gentle slope. Thank you SO MUCH for this GREAT product.

3rd TKR surgery in 4 years for my love.We were becoming pro’s, but hadn’t known about a lot of the comfort supplies available.In preparation of this last go round, I read tons of reviews and searched lots of products for elevation.( instead of the pillow routine )I was torn between the adjustable level type,or the one standard size that I chose.I also wondered if it would be raised above the Heart, or maybe would be too high, or not high enough.My Husband is a tall guy, and this wound up being a great choice for him.I can’t remember exactly when, after his Surgery, he began using it ( it’s all a blur ).But when he got to the point of letting me boss him around, he was very dependent on this cube.It went with him as he migrated from the living room couch to the Bed.I’m pretty sure he used it for almost a year( but he had pain and complications)This helped him to be able to fall asleep without pain all night from uncomfortable levels and positions.Was a great product for us, but happy to see it shoved away in the guest room closet

The pillow is great and holding up nicely for my big old legs! I have had two knee replacements and it’s been great for that. I would add an enhancement if I could - handles sewn in to allow the “patient” to pull it up close under their bum/hip area. I often have to have someone help to give it a little shove to get it far back enough to be comfy. The removable, washable cover fits nicely and makes it hard to grab a handful of that fabric to pull up closer to you. But I would still buy it again!! Several times! It’s been true help after these surgeries!!!

It came all squished and I had doubts that it'd expand, but it did! Just make sure to leave it out for about 5-7 days. Right now it's fully expanded, very hard and sturdy.I just had meniscus repair surgery and it's sooo helpful. It keeps the leg elevated at good level and keeps it in place. There is a very slight bend, but it's just the right amount of bend so you can keep the leg straight in a locked brace. It so much better than a bunch of regular pillows that keep moving. Very happy with the purchase.

Perfect pillow for elevation. Comfortable and easy to move even without handles

Per my husband’s knee replacement surgeon, the knee had to rest perfectly straight in order to heal properly. The ad photo may appear to show that, but, in reality, a 10x12 towel had to be triple-folded and placed under the calf of the leg to keep the knee from bending. Otherwise, this was a helpful item.
