Best Healthy Recipes!
The BEST healthy cooking book I have ever bought! The recipes are understandable, everything is explained in clear words perfect for newbies. The recipes are awesome. Some seem weird at first, but they are very very good. I soaked raw nuts and made my own almond milk - something I could not understand from other books I have. I am so grateful for this book!!
Wonderful book by one of my favorite people, Louise Hay, and my two new favorite authors, Ahlea Khadro and Heather Dane. The food facts are great, and very well researched, and the recipes are to die for. Reading it made me feel like I had come home. So much resonated with what my body has been telling me for years, but I haven't listened - until now. If you are not sure if this book is for you, take a look at Louise Hay's pictures and then remember that she is in her late 80's. I don't look that good at 68, but I am sure I would have if I had found out all of this sooner. But who knows just how gorgeous I will look in my late 80's! I can't wait to see, and then as I walk down the runway, roses in my arms, after winning the Ms. Older/Wiser America pageant, I will attribute it to these wonderful ladies. Maybe I will get to have lunch with Louise- she will still be going strong by then, I am sure!!!!! Thank you Louise, Ahlea, and Heather, from the bottom of my heart - my much healthier heart!

Self-love is key to health
I enjoyed this. Louise Hay is a special kind of robust big girl. She wears her eldership lightly. Some of this is quirky. I love it that Louise drinks a couple of bowls of bone broth every day. It's like if you grandma was a hollywood star. Lovely, health-promoting attitudes overall. One or two things your doctor may disagree with -- never mind that. You can make up your own mind.

OK I openly admit I just bought the book about 20 minutes ago. The 5 stars came from the awesome books of her past as well as from the first 42 pages I've read so far. I will be back to give a full review! I bought this book as 3 days ago I heard those horrible horrible words "you've got breast cancer". I am seeking non traditional ways to treat MYSELF now before I even meet with the Drs to talk about how to treat the cancer. I will let you all know my opinion. I think being in the place of fear and living a very high stressed life, a smoker, over weight (I have lost 110 lbs in 8 months - makes me wonder if that was the cancer all along though), diet pop drinker, quickie food eater. I've done it ALL wrong for 52 years!!! If this book can turn me & my health around, it can help anyone. I shall return - Beth :)

Tells You What It Takes to Be Healthy & Happy!
I love this book! It has so much great information and so many fantastic suggestions. Louise Hay, Ahlea Khadro and Heather Dane all contribute their own insights into achieving better health, from daily positive affirmations to food selections and recipes. It's a very comprehensive look at what it takes to be healthy and happy... and the two go hand in hand! If you're struggling with your health, I highly suggest you check this out!

I love this because I understand her words
Louise L. Hay saved my life back in the 1980s, with her first book and tape on self-healing. She is doing it again! I love this because I understand her words, her meaning and her message. She makes the subject of health actually interesting, and with her common sense approach, she encourages us to think, listen...and learn! It is working for me, and after only one week of following her guidelines, I'm really feeling better. Thank you again, Louise!

Not for Vegans - Mass Produced Novice Advice
I'm a huge fan of Louise Hay, but this one just wasn't for me. Very basic principles regarding diet and nutrition. Some good advice for people who have little knowledge regarding deficiencies and proper diet, but overall, not impressed. Real Dr. Andrew Weil instead. Also Dr. Christiane Northrup does an excellent job of explaining self-love and health.

Pure Joy!
Louise and the girls put a useful and helpful book together with their hard work. It is so easy to read. Even if it seems too much for some for first, it's worth to take a deep breath (or two) and think about what we do with our body when we eat and more importantly what effect it has on each and every one of us. Love you Louise!

A Great Book by a Great Lady!
I only have one other book by Louise Hay so I wasn't sure if I was going to like it. So glad I went ahead with the purchase. It is a wonderful, wonderful book that I will be pulling out to re-read parts of for years to come I'm sure. I don't know if there is anything new for me but I somehow find it to be a comforting book. Like a chat with an old friend. There is a recipe section that really only has one or 2 things that are of interest to me even though I too eat healthy food. It obviously works for her. She looks great!! I love the mirror idea. I've read that method before but went out and bought one to keep on my sofa table.Now I just have to remember to use it.

What a wonderful Book
I only just started it and it's not just another Book about healthy eating, it's like a Novel, they call it a Lovestory about You and Yourself, and it's true, I really feel like the Authors are my friends and very wise, they share their knowledge like a gift, they don't judge you about what you did wrong so far, can't wait to try out the delicious recipies, but it's really not just about eating and cooking, it's about living and loving and listening to yourself.
