This is a quality product. I'm on my second set of decals. Not that there was anything wrong with the first set I just wanted to change it up. The DTOM is 2yrs old and the Punisher was put on earlier this week.I ordered my first set in July of 2017 and am still using one of them. I bought a second set recently so I could have different designs on each side. After two years the first set was still in quality shape and I'm very hard on my rifle. I beat the crap out of it training 8hr two gun courses every other month and hitting the range twice as often. I shoot both full extension off hand grip and magwell grip when I'm up close and know I'm just going to be dumping a mag into targets and need a fast change, and I haven't seen any wear from using magwell as a grip. Also with all that training means thousands of rounds which translates to alot of cleaning and the small amount of solvent cleaner I get on them each time hasn't had any effect on them. This product is solid. I treat the rifle as if they aren't there and they are holding up strong (definently never have I thought oh I hope this doesn't hurt my stickers lol). If they can't handle the stress of being on a well used gun they don't belong but they have managed to tough it out.Important side notes. ** First I should state that part of my job is professional auto decal application so mine were definently put on properly.(not that it's a hard process. Such a small piece of decal should be easy even to a novice) Second I've read a few people say watch out covering your serial number but that's a laugh. The law says you can't remove of deface your serial number and this product does neither of those. I haven't been questioned once in two years and if I was it's a decal I'd just RIP it off and show the authorities the number and buy a new one later. Let me put it this way. I bet you didn't think twice about putting that flashlight on your glock and that covers the serial number and chances are you need a screwdriver or Allen wrench to remove that if questioned about it. So really there's nothing wrong with using this product.

I only wanted the right side one to cover some writing on a seized M-16 that my agency issued me. It looked very unprofessional, and I had several comments on it until I told people that was there when the weapon was seized. I wasn't intending to use the left side, as that would have covered the engraving and more particularly the serial number, which is important on an NFA item that's in government inventory. To my surprise, after I watched the video, a short hit with a mini torch will shrink the skin right into the engraving and make it perfectly readable. I was pleasantly surprised, and now the rifle looks more professional than it did. This was a much better solution that what I was going to do, strip it and have the lower refinished.

Application is easily done. Really make a personal statement on your firearm and looks great.

The pieces are pre-cut to size. All you have to do is peel the vinyl decals from the backing and line in up on the mag well. If you get a bubble just pull it back up and do it again. If for some reason you make a big mistake just hit it with a heat gun and the vinyl will shrink a little and adhere and seal to the surface. It could not be easier. I have already ordered some of the other designs to complement the rest of my arsenal.
