Larger item than described, doesn't close when expanded
It's nice, but the measurements are wrong. It's more like 13" wide by 10.5" tall, way bigger than described. I'm unhappy about that, but it is attractive, so I'll just deal with the unwieldy size. The photo is misleading, too. Note my pic of what it looks like with items in it. The elastic band is too wimpy to fasten the top down.

Great for Recipes!
This expanding file for my 46 years of collected recipes is great! I had an old, much smaller accordion folder that I had tried to repair many times. I love this file!
