Product does what it’s advertised to do. I was hoping the tray surface had a rubber, or silicone finish so it would grab the food/items placed on it so they wouldn’t slide around. Even if not driving, (which I would never drive while this tray is installed, 1st, that would be impossible... 2nd, that would be utterly stupid) if the tray isn’t exactly level, then things can slide.Also, while I appreciate having this tray for eating in my car, it does NOT hold my cellphone, much to my dismay. I like to eat and watch videos on my phone. I thought this tray would be awesome for that. But the slot that is for cellphones is too shallow and narrow. I have the iPhone 12 with a slim case... it should have fit. But no way.Overall, I’m glad I have this tray. It makes eating in the car much nicer. But it could have a better design.Fits my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder well. Not a snug fit, but it hangs there good enough to support my food.

I bought this for my brother who is disabled, has the use of one hand only. He struggled with taking out food, trying to reach around to the cup holders and find a place for the food. Now that he has the tray, he can enjoy eating on the go like the rest of us! The table is large and sturdy and very easy to attach to the steering wheel. There is no need for tools or hardware, it just slips over the steering wheel. It has a slight indentation, so the drink doesn't slide around. He is very happy with it. The only drawback that I see is unavoidable; due to the one-piece design, storage is difficult. He can keep the table between the console and his seat but not easily, there is not much space. Sometimes he puts it behind the seat and that makes it very hard to reach without getting out of the truck first. It doesn't fit under the seat either. While I like everything about the table and its use, if you buy this you will probably want to be sure you have space to conveniently store it in your vehicle.

Works fine on my 4-Runner, but depends on how you position your steering wheel and which side of the tray you are using. I suggest having the largest opening of your steering wheel at the bottom for the phone slot, but it's steadier using it on the smaller part with no phone. It sort of slants down a bit on the wider portion of the steering wheel. I have a separate holder for my phone, so not a problem for me. Recommended by a friend and very useful. Lightweight.

Doesn't fit very well if the wheel has a cover. I took the cover off and it still didn't fit very well. It is angled upward even if I tilt the wheel as far down as it will go.

Great for taking care of work calls on the roadside/ parking areas etc. sturdy and stays put.

Item is very unstable, lopsided, and plainly is NOT usable. Item looked good, but miserably failed as advertised. If unable to return, that would be a total waste of money for me, because item couldn't possibly serve as a steering wheel tray as advertised. Not in my personal Ford F-150 or my work truck.

Does not work well with Nissan steering wheel on the bottom. Triggers the horn. Does fit nicely in the seat pocket for storage quickly. Good value for the quick need to send an email or lunch break in the car. Not a permanent solution.

When I eat lunch in my car this effectively helps me to not slop food onto my lap or seat. I do first readjust my car seat to a position that's more ideal for eating. Then, with this in use lunch is less precarious and more enjoyable - even if this isn't attached to the steering wheel. It's also useful for a writing surface.
