I ordered the screen protector. It has two screen protector, and installed for both of the iPads I have. Perfect installation is very easy just laid on top of the screen and it just does the rest for you

My thoughts on the product:1. For a 2-pack, this was a great deal for a tempered glass screen protector. Knowing that I had a backup is good, just in case I messed up during the install, or should the glass ever crack.2. I like that there are separate cutouts for the front facing camera, sensors, and mic. While other screen protectors have one large opening that do make it easier for installation, having separate cutouts is a nice detail that just looks a lot nicer as well.3. It's nice that this 2-pack also includes TWO sets of install stickers, cleaning cloth, etc. Nice that the company didn't skimp out and just give one. Great that they thought of the customer's on this. Nice job.4. Install was fairly easy (and I didn't even need to use the included installation stickers). As with any screen protector that has cutouts, installation can be a bit tricky. But if you clean your screen properly, take your time and not rush it, installation could go very quickly and nicely. SInce this is a piece of tempered glass, the rigidity of the glass made it an easy install. After installation, I had two corners that had some sort of ghosted air pockets--I could push these air pockets around, so I know it wasn't dust trapped underneath. I simply took my finger nail and ever so slowly and carefully pushed on the corner of the screen protector to cause it to pop up a little, then I let go and put the glass back down. This worked well to get rid of one of the air pockets. For the second one, I simply put my thumb on top of the glass and held it down for a few seconds. When I lifted up my thumb, the air pocket was gone. Now, the glass protector looks perfect--and I have a backup for later!If you go carefully and slowly, not rushing it, install should go smoothly. Great product, and I like that I have a second protector to spare! You've spent a lot of money of the Surface Pro already--do yourself a favor and get a good, quality tempered glass protector for it. This one comes highly recommended!

Seller sent email with details of how to install, though installation was easy. Covers nice and its the one brand I consistently buy. Great value for the money and ships fast. We use this brand for our phones and now computers.

FIT: I loved that the cutouts perfectly outline the camera, mic, speaker, and flash. This was the only protector I found that did that all others had a large cutout which exposed the screen.SCREEN: Touch screen sensitivity is reduced, it is noticeable, but I am able to overlook it. It can be frustrating at times.INSTALL: I was extremely careful during the screen application but still developed a bubble. No visible debris or surface imperfections therefore I was unable to remove. Bubble reduced in size after a few days. Overall, I recommend this product.

Easy to install. Seams scratch resistant, although I've not tried to really scratch it.

The glass itself works great: installs easily, touch screen is not affected, is strong, and does what it's supposed to do. Ran into a couple of issues regarding delivery (which isn't really the manufacturers/sellers fault): request that this be delivered in a box.1st one I had delivered in it's original package to save money, but it's not really meant for that, as the package has a front opening and all of my inserts (stickers, wipes, etc) all fell out at some point during shipping while remaining sealed. Since I didn't have the "hinge" stickers, I had a replacement sent. The manufacturer/seller contacted me at this point to make sure everything was OK, and I told them what happened. They let me know that if anything else happens with the replacement, to let them know and they'll take care of it. Very nice of them. Returned the 1st through Amazon.2nd one: the exact same thing happened and the instructions were even lost this time. Contacted the manufacturer/seller and they sent a replacement free!3rd one: shipped in extra protection, but somehow the glass was still damaged. So, I used the inserts from the 3rd and the intact glass from the 2nd, and all went well.TLDR: have Amazon ship in extra packaging!Great customer service though!

Performed as described. Easy installation. If I HAD to(forced) complain, it would be the teardrop cut away openings on the top screen bevel for the audio. I understand that the design probably relates to accommodate previous models. But, it slightly takes away from the rest of the design and performance perfection (not enough to discredit a star).
