I was very upset to receive this product to find that there is indeed plastic on the lid with no indication of if it is BPA free or not. I am very disappointed by the misleading product description. Water will also easily slip between the silicone and the bottle and there is no way to remove the silicone. Ice will not fit inside of it either. Very disappointed but will use it anyway until mold grows between the bottle and silicone, as I have already purchased it and don't want the hassle of returning just a $15 item. I would not recommend this bottle.

Really am loving it so far! It holds about as much water as plastic water bottle, so I refill it often but that’s fine! The light blue is really cute and love that there are two lids to pick from. My only concern is that when water spills down the side as I fill it, it gets trapped between the silicone and glass. The silicone is relatively tight but can move (see photo) and it traps moisture between the glass and sleeve (can see darker parts of blue). It takes awhile to dry and they don’t recommend removing the sleeve so i’m concerned it might grow mold in the future, but the jury’s out on that one. Overall I do love it so far!

This is a beautiful glass water bottle! I got the green color and it is as pictured. With a toddler around, it is important that I got a glass bottle with a silicone sleeve in case it does get thrown around or dropped I don't have to worry about it shattering. The silicone sleeve is unique cause it is see through, you can see exactly and tell how much water you have left. Overall, great water bottle.

I LOVE this bottle. I love that it comes with a cute bamboo lid and an extra lid with a handle. I love the full size silicone sleeve. It provides excellent protection. I live this bottle so much that this is the second one I bought. I will probably buy more in the future. The only issue I had was the lid guarantee. My bamboo lid for my first bottle broke. I requested a replacement and never received it. It still says "Your package may be lost." I tried to get another replacement and for some reason I wasn't able so I received a refund of 12.99 because I got it on a lightning sale from amazon. So when I went to purchase a new one so I can have a bamboo lid that is not broken, I paid the 14 or 15.99 instead of the deal but it's still very worth it. I hope the issue with the customer service being unresponsive and the replacement package being lost are due to the current situation with Covid and not indicative of how their customer service usually runs. Otherwise great product and I do recommend!

I have secreted of these glass water bottles, what I like the best is that they're semi-transparent so you can see how much water you do or don't have. I've seen other reviewers talke about how hard it is to get the casing off and put it back on, it isn't meant to take off the is no need. I just put them in the dishwasher on the top rack most of the time I just rinse them out, they don't need to have the case taken off. One of the best things for me is that they're very easy to hold just the right size I'm using them while I'm spinning and I have to use multiple bottles of water during my ride and I can just reach over and easily pick it up and put it in the holder.

Like it is said, improved design! I ordered this new water bottle because it has some design improvement that I have been looking for, because I had a soma glass water bottle as a gift last year, I used it for a while and I like it overall, it is glass water bottle, but I always feel there are design issues. First silicone sleeve only covers 2/3 of bottle, which bothers me a lot, maybe they think looks cool, but those unprotected area are really not protected if the glass fell on the hard and sharp ground. The Soma water bottle bottom is not wide enough, which is a rounder and narrower bottom, so it does not stand sturdy. It is just because of this two issues, my glass water bottle fell off the table and hit on the hard ground and broken.So I am looking for a water bottle that could really fix these issues, until I found this Urban Green Glass water bottle, from the picture and description, it covers all the key features that I have been looking for and I used for a few days, it works perfect as it is described online, I will continue to use it and see if it is there is any others I will update on the review!

Moving towards sustainability whenever possible. No plastic water bottles is a key first step. This is a super nice reusable bottle. As glass, it is lighter than stainless steel. I like the way I can see the amount of liquid in the bottle through the silicone. Easy to hold even for smaller hands. Quality. Stylish. I've received compliments from my millennial kids! =) I quickly ordered a second one to have on my desk. (I will say that the second one arrived with what looks like oily marks between the silicone and the glass - not as smooth/sleek looking as the first one - but it doesn't affect performance, so I'm using it just fine.)

So this is my second review for this bottle. I bought one before and loved it. Unfortunately my lid broke and there was an issue returning it. However since that first review, the company refunded my money and I was able to purchase a new bottle with the returned funds. Now I am able to write the review I originally wanted to write! This bottle is amazing! I've dropped it so many times and have not broke it yet and I've gone through so many glass bottles in the past. None have ever lasted as long as this one. I LOVE the bamboo lid. It gives my tea a fresh, crisp taste. I have bought 2 more (purple, green and grey overall!) I love the variety of colors and I love the durability. I absolutely recommend this bottle for anything looking for a goass bottle that will last a long time. And so far no issues with my second bottle and it's bamboo lid!!
