CSCbike MTB E-Bike Conversion Kit 36V 48V Mountain Electric Bicycle Rear Wheel Conversion Parts with LCD Meter Controller PAS Brake Lever Speed Throttle

Hooked up the kit yesterday. Went for my first ride. Fairly normal trail, mostly gravel. The day went amazing, about a 7 mile ride. About 3/4 miles in the wheel started to wobble and heard some clicking...looked down and a few spokes had came loose and were just swinging. Slowed down to about 5 mph the rest of the ride...wobbling intensified (it was ridiculous🤣 swerving the entire bike back and forth) and finally tire popped. I ended up walking the last few miles back to the ride..at night LOL. I counted 10 spokes completely disconnected (see pic) Overall the machine was a blast for the first couple hours, but....it did not last for 1 complete ride so I’m going to have to give it 1 complete star. I spent more time installing than riding, no regrets though, hoping customer service will correct the issue with a stronger model or full refund without a lot of hassle. I might fk around and try a mid drive? well see...i must say though, I’m addicted to the ebike, I was hysterically laughing flying over those hills 🥰😇

Well so far the kit works well. I only gave it 4 stars because whomever put the wheel together put the washers with the tabs on backwards. The tab washers are supposed to sit on the outside of the rear dropouts with the tabs facing inwards. Mine were placed on the axle with the tabs facing the outside of the dropouts. For the none cable side of the wheel it's an easy fix, I just had to flip the washer around. On the cable side it's a different story. The washers won't slide over the connectors so you have to take the big white hall connector off and slide the washer off and then put the connector back on. On the inside of the connector there are small tabs on the sides of the contacts that you have to use a tiny screw driver to push in to slide the contacts out to get the connector off. To put the connector back on, you have to use the screw driver to carefully pull the tabs back out and then you push the contacts back into the connector until they pop back into place.If you try to put the kit on with the washers facing the wrong direction, the tab on the drive side washer hits the derailleur hanger and the axle won't seat properly in the frame which is dangerous.

Good:Decent quality rim. Hub seems to work okay so far.Bad:A few of the spokes were loose and I ended up spending a couple of hours truing it properly.And the 7 speed cassette is junk.But for the money I can't complain to much. I'm just glad I've been working on bikes my whole life or I might feel way different. My advice is if you do buy this set take the wheel to a local shop and spend the money to get it trued properly. And always check your spokes until you get a few miles on it. The torque will loosen them over time.

After completing assembly and installation , this product is found to be defective . Maybe the seller should verify that their product works properly .

All I can say is wow!!!! Just finished installing yesterday so I haven’t ridden it far yet but man oh man!!! I put it together in about two hours. I had a few issues with the bike I used for this install but I still managed to get it going. The wheel install was the hold up. Once I got it in the install was a cinch!!! I didn’t even test until I was don’t installing. Tidy and neat and I hit the on button and everything worked as it should!! Now I have to find a way to connect my battery and all will be good!! I used another battery to test the install because it already had the xt60 connector. I’ll update if need be in a few months but for now. This thing is super fast!!!

I've been using it for almost a month now on my mountain bike and it's really powerful! I had to wait for the second parcel, because the first one was damaged, but the seller promptly sent a replacement.from the minuses, it is worth noting that the oil seal may not be level (just check carefully before installation) and also, there are parts on it that can rust, and, i had a problem with extraneous sound when driving, it turned out that the spokes on the wheel were not tight enoughbut still, I was pleased with the purchase

Received two shipmenrs and both throttles or controllers were defective.Two brand new ones.I paid for professional installation then found out the kits were both bad; one was replacement already.I contacted manufacturer and then was told if I do not do more testings which I already paid installer to do, they would not replace parts.Ending up being a waste of time and money for 4 weeks on this project plus trips to UPS stores because of unpredictable dropoff hours.

got conversion kit first badly damaged rim was damaged motor would not turn freely because of amazons good support I ordered replacement got replacement no problem put on bike ran fine when upside down took outside for ride every 1000 feet p3 warning which is hall sensor came on and bike would stop made it home by resetting it four or five times when I got home tested bike ran fine upside down returned for refund gave one star because of amazon customer service or I would give none
