My son loved this bed frame and it’s a good style for a teenager. My 18 inch full size mattress <no box spring needed> fits with a little room all around for my son to make his bed. I put the bed together myself with a little help with holding the headboard and footboard when attaching together. When the directions say to not fasten all the screws until it’s all together it will save you a lot of time to follow that step. I had to loosen screws to make sure all could fit in the holes and then fasten after the build was complete. You just need to make sure you fasten all the knots and screws before you put the mattress on.

This bed frame was by far a better bargain than what was offered at the local mattress and bedding stores. Although it was rather straight forward in assemblage, you do need to pay attention to the details as it is very easy to assemble a part backwards. This frame is very sturdy and comfortable to sleep on.

Just put the bed together today and I have to say it wasn’t very hard to put together, granted, I had my brother helping me the entire time. The directions were straight forward and easy to follow, didn’t take us too long, maybe 1.5-2 hours Max. *if you plan on using a box spring* word of warning, I originally planned to use mine but it made the mattress extremely high and looked ridiculous but I like it plenty without. Seems sturdy so far, haven’t slept on it yet but I’ve been messing around with it to see if it feels unstable at all and it feels fine as of now. It does squeak a bit so fair warning about that. Overall very happy with the frame so far

I love it so far! I havent slept on it just yet but it came earlier than expected and was pretty straightforward to assemble. It did take a little while, maybe about 2 - 2.5 hours. But was pretty easy and straightforward!

Other reviews are correct, it took about 1.5-2 hours to building it with my significant other. The bed is about 2 inches wider and about 3 inches longer then whaat it says on the post. I don’t have a box spring but i wish did. The mattress moves around and does not stay in place, I had a few pieces of wood laying around to make a base to place on the bed frame this helped with keeping the mattress in place and feels better. I’ve slept on it for about a week now and no issues seams to be sturdy as I weigh 240 and my Partner is about the same weight. But it makes so much noise even with a base on it. Once you lay on it and move a bit the noise isn’t as bad but for the “special time” be ready to try to be as quiet as you can cause this sucker will tell your neighbors that its going down, even the dogs will hear it happening. You get what you paid for I guess.

We bought this as a transition from a toddler car bed to the "big boy bed" He's 5 and starting kindergarten. This frame absolutely outdid its self. The woodgrain is beautiful, it's so sturdy as well! I flopped on it and it didn't move! We bought a 10' memory foam mattress for it and it's like a dream. First night in it, he didn't wake up once, and in the morning you could tell he was drooling lol. He loves it. Would buy again and again!

For those that wrote that the bed squeaked - I think you put something together wrong. Perhaps the rubber stripping for the sides, or the A/B or E/F got mixed up. My partner and I put this bad boy together in about 30 minutes and it is super sturdy and quiet. I am impressed! It looks great also!

I bought this for my daughter. It arrived on time. Ordered the delivery right to her bedroomShe didn’t have to much trouble putting it together but had to go to the hardware store for more hardware as it didn’t come with enough. Looks just like the pictures. Satisfied.
