TINY!! This is really NOT a pillow-not one someone could fit their entire head on. This size is more like a sachet you would put in a draw - very, very small. I love all of Aulterra products, so I hope this will be as useful despite its size. Did I mention this was very, very small...:)

customers who buy Aulterra products and report the products don't work or aren't BLOCKING emf need to do some homework. Before I bought my two products I went directly to the Aulterra website and read everything available so I could be properly informed.Several reviewers commented they had issues with the seller not getting back with them. This is the wrong approach. You need to contact Aulterra not the Seller. After reading all the information on their website I had quite a few questions so I emailed the company. The customer service agent was absolutely incredible. She answered every concern I had and educated me more fully on their products. I emailed over 7 times and had 7 replies. I decided to telephone after this and I received an education that settled all my concerns. This is a fabulous company with excellent customer support. Don't bother calling the Seller as they aren't the experts.I understand the basics of Quantum physics so I had a heads-up on how the products work. Will they work for me? Time will tell. Customers giving 1-3 star evaluations need to realize that these products DO NOT BLOCK EMF. They neutralize their bad effects on the human body. It's all about quantum physics waves and particles.I will give the two products I purchased the full 30 days given by Amazon. Being that I'm very familiar with muscle testing I can say for certain these products MAKE MY BODY STRONGER. Television used to burn my body from the radiation. Now it doesn't. Charging my phone used to cause me physical pain. Now it doesn't. These products do work as advertised. The company even goes to extremes to say they DO NOT BLOCK EMF. They neutralize the bad effects on our body, not neutralize the emf itself. There is a huge difference.95% of 1-3 star comments talk about emf meters not reflecting any BLOCKING. The ONLY TRUE evaluation one can make that shows the effectiveness of these products is HOW THEY FEEL. Not if emf meters reflect any changes.I recommend that any purchaser of Aulterra products has any issues that they contact Aulterra customer service. I can assure you they will be educated and appreciate the products.I feel better using these products. I feel MUCH BETTER. And I expect to feel better and better as I continue using them. Should things change within my 30 day return window with Amazon I will update my evaluation.Thanks to the customer service agent at Aulterra who was so patient and helpful for me in being educated properly.
