I do not understand all the positive reviews. I only bought this duvet cover because it is difficult to find an oversized king cover. The material is very thin, wrinkly, and rough. I've had Calvin Klein and Jennifer Adams duvet covers in the past, and the quality of those were 1,000,000 times better than this.This is the ABSOLUTE WORST bedding material I've ever felt/seen! And the pillow cases are a joke... they look like I wrapped tissue paper around my pillows. This product makes me never want to purchase bedding from Amazon ever again.

It was really easy to get the blanket in with it being bigger then I needed it. The zipper is covered and can't even tell that it's there.

I wanted something lightweight, breathable, with a zipper, and with corner ties to secure my down comforter inside the duvet, and this set met all of these requests. The shams were a surprise, I expected to receive only the duvet at this price. The zipper goes end to end, making it easy to insert the quilt. I've washed it once and it softened up beautifully.

The fabric is lovely. It does wrinkle after washing, or I'd give it 5 stars. Bought for the size as I have European bed.

I wanted a duvet cover that WASN'T made of that micro fiber or sateen material. I wanted REAL Egyptian cotton of at least 400 thread count or better. It's hard to find these days. I find that microfiber is too warm to sleep under and sateen slides off the bed too much. I just prefer my sheets and bedding to be comfortable and inviting. This duvet cover hits the mark. I was so sure I was going to get something that CLAIMS to be Egyptian cotton but turned out to be actually sateen. So I was very happy when I opened this cover and examined it! Right there on the tag! 100% Egyptian cotton! And the color was better than it was pictured! So I gathered the duvet cover up and washed it on cold cycle and dried it on medium. AND this beauty has a zipper closure at the bottom instead of buttons!! It was perfect! I ran to my computer and ordered a second one in a different color. Finally!, Sleep sheet comfort!! I look forward to jumping into bed each night under my wonderfully soft cotton duvet and cover!

The quality of the fabric is very good, heavier than I expected. I ordered oversized for my split king adjustable bed - it is almost too big. But love.

This was one of the best purchases we made!! I was nervous because it didn’t have a ton of reviews, that’s honestly why I’m writing one now, so people know how amazing it is. The fabric is incredibly soft yet heavy in a fantastic way. It adds a nice weight to our faux down comforter that it was missing to make it that much cozier. I’m so excited to go to sleep every night so I can dive into the fluff and get some of the best sleep I’ve had in years!! Don’t hesitate, it’s worth the money.

This states that it's wrinkle free, it is not. Everyday there are new wrinkles. However, this duvet cover is very soft is very comfortable and it looks wonderful on the bed. I'm so happy with my purchase that I'll settle for a few wrinkles. I do have to mention that I ordered this for an oversized King duvet and it fits perfect.

I just received my king size duvet (120” x 98”). First of all I was alarmed at the package, as it looked like a return. There was no manufacture sleeve in the package stating and confirming duvet content and where and who the manufacture was. When I checked inside the duvet there was no manufacture label. I ordered Precious Star Linen, but there were no tags stating that on the product. The duvet did have a tag that stated Egyptian cotton while the pillow shams stated 100 % cotton, so your guess is as good as mine.The manifest shipped with my product states the manufacture as Precious Star but I feel questionable. As a retired National sales manager of a brand product, I really don’t know of any reputable company that would package their product without their brand marketing piece in the package.My product was in a crumpled zip package, no inner brand sleeve and the product was not folded with a piece of cardboard, giving it a crisp professional look in the package.When you go into a store to purchase the same type of product, it is professionally packed with a brand sleeve confirming what you are buying, size, thread count, content. When you unpack it, you know it is not a return, as it is wrapped around a cardboard piece, crisp and new.Also it showed the duvet with standard pillow shams with no flange, mine came with a flange. I did keep this product as I wanted a protective cover on my duvet. I washed the product, and it did wash nicely, it is soft. I cover it with bed accessories so you don’t see it and I put a high end top sheet under it. I cut the flange off the pillow covers and custom fit them to my pillows. It is not a bad product, I just not sure who’s product or the manufacture is.For this reason I will not purchase Precious Star Linen products again.

My second order was defective - quality control issues? I own a white cover that works fine - so 2 stars given overall. However second one ordered as Xmas gift is defective with the zipper completely sewn in and closed with no pull tab piece. So even if you take apart the stitches to get to end of zipper to try to pull it apart to get the duvet in, there’s no way to zip the zipper back up, so it will be gaping open. Will be asking for refund.
