Due to the virus, I have been doing as much as I can to keep my immune system strong in order to not get sick. Part of that is social distancing but also taking supplements. I like that there are so many good vitamins and minerals in this vitamin - elderberry, vitamin C, etc. I take two every morning, and the pills are easy for me to swallow but others might have a little difficulty due to the size. However, they can be opened if necessary. I have not been sick since taking them so they must be working!

I have taken this supplement for 30 days. I'm not sure if it "boosted" my immune system (how can you really tell), but I can say that I didn't get sick at all during the last 30 days. I'm out of the house daily during Covid 19, but haven't felt bad at all. The capsules don't taste the best, but they don't taste the worst either. They taste like something that contains vitamins. They are easy to get used to in only a few days. Weighing all things, I would recommend this supplement as an added protection for your immune system.

I am very happy with this purchase! I was looking into adding in healthier additions into my daily life and I am so glad I purchased this. These vitamins are a punch packed with power. They have so many important vitamins, not only to build your immune system but even to help with cholesterol. These have really worked for my cousin, and keep me at ease knowing I’m helping my immune system become stronger. I haven’t felt a significant performance in my day to day life, but I have not been sick as of recently

It tastes like garlic, but I got used to it after a few days. Anyway, I've been taking them for a month now and these are my personal findings: my glucose levels have gone down quite a bit. Fellow diabetics may want to be monitor their levels while taking this. Next, my sleep is deeper, so I'm feeling well rested and not sleeping 10+ hrs at a time. I am able to focus a lot better. I haven't needed to take my focus vitamins in a few weeks now.. Because I'm well rested and better able to focus, my massive coffee intake has significantly decreased. So...garlic flavor aside, this has been great for me. I hope it becomes great for others too. Wishing everyone good health. 😊

I have just ordered a second bottle. I back this product 100% as we have needed them the past couple of months. We went through covid in our home and I truly believe these were a god send...My husband and son both had it, but their symptoms only lasted a few days thanks to taking these and other vitamins, etc...Boosting your immune system is so important in these times. My daughter and myself never came down with any symptoms and we also took this and other vitamins. I recommend this product and will probably become a subscriber now since I believe it works.... Love this supplement. I work as an ICU nurse and have worked throughout the covid pandemic. I am also a mother and I definitely don’t get enough sleep. This definitely helps to keep my immune system in check! I love that this has both zinc and vitamin C, as well as other additions. It was very hard mid-pandemic, to find either zinc or vitamin C supplements.... this is perfect because it is both combined. It does have a mild garlic taste, but I like garlic so it doesn’t bother me at all. I don’t get any indigestion after taking this either.

I’ve been taking these for almost a week now. Warning to anyone thinking of trying these supplements, they smell and taste of garlic like HARDCORE but I’m the kind of person that uses an entire bulb of garlic in a recipe that calls for 2 cloves, so needless to say I love garlic and enjoy the smell / taste. I love all the ingredients, I’ve wanted an immune support supplement that includes elderberries and found them to be really expensive so I’m glad to try these at a great price point. I’d also recommend not taking these on an empty stomach, which I did the other day and it left me feeling nauseous for a couple hours. Take with or after a meal!

This has always been 1 of our family’s “go to” products for winter and it has always been effective but our last purchase was disappointing because normally when opening it you can smell the garlic and even while swallowing you can taste garlic. (This is good because garlic is a natural antibiotic.) However now it’s been changed to “Garlic Bulb” and there is no more garlic smell or taste which leads me to think this bottle may not be as effective in warding off illness.
