Great for giving meds
My dog takes a lot of meds every day and I'm not always successful using pill pockets because she's prone to eating the pocket and spitting out the pill. But I hit on the idea of putting each pill in about a teaspoon size portion of this food and serving each "pill meatball" up in a small paper bowl. In this way, she easily snarfs down her meds, no questions asked. I figure the ingredients are probably better than pill pockets, especially since she has to down about 9 pills/supplements a day. The texture is sort of a soft, mushy pate.

My dog loves it...however
My dog absolutely loved this salmon and sweet potato canned food. I would mix a quarter of the can 2 times a day with her dry food and the consistency of the can mixed very well with her dry food. I had previously used Canidaes soft food until their price went up. NOW, this price went up by 10 bucks so I have switched back to Canidae. Its a shame because this brand was easier (moister) to mix. And yes, it does smell (both brands) but that would worry me if it didn't as it is salmon!

This is the one and only dog food my dogs will eat! They absolutely love it!

The formula is great but the price keeps getting higher
My 14 year old pup with a picky stomach loves it. The formula is good and my old puppy gets super excited about each meal. It's a shame because the new massive price hike is a big disappointment. I will be searching for an alternative replacement at this point because 12 cans for $50+ is not sustainable.

This made our dog sick
Their dog food was fine until recently. However, I think they changed their ingredients as my dog got very ill after consuming it. Initially, we thought it was due to some other reason, but then we stopped giving this food to our dog for a week, and he became okay. When we fed him again, he showed the same symptoms. Spend about $1000 for this piece of garbage food.

Price went up alot!
Love the product but not the huge price increase!! Would be 5 star ! But the price lowered the review! My dogs love this food. Two of my rescues have protein allergies. It was hard to find a canned option that they liked, that was not super expensive and was still nutritional. The previous brand I bought went up in price way too much. Another brand was always out of stock. They love this! But just a couple cases into this, and they raised the price up another 10$ . That is almost a 30% increase! That is ridiculous! Price and demand because other brands cannot keep theirs stocked is not fair to consumers trying to buy the best for their pets.

Small, med, large, XL this is the fave
My roommate and I have 5 dogs between us. The 3 pictured and 2 dachshunds. I have researched and fretted to find a quality canned food. This brand appears to fit that bill. I've tried the other flavors and the Salmon and Sweet Potato reigns supreme!

Helped my dog's digestion
Both of my dogs have allergies, one to chicken and one to beef, so finding a good quality dog food that has neither of these ingredients is pretty tough. Additionally, my greyhound has had digestion issues since I adopted him... or he did, until I got Tender and True Salmon and Sweet Potato wet dog food. Both my dogs love it, and as long as I keep feeding this to him, my greyhound's digestion issues are a thing of the past. Both dogs love the flavor, and they lick their bowls (and the spoon I use to scoop the food from the can) clean every time. I highly recommend this for dogs with allergies or digestion issues. It's a huge help.
