Stainless Steel K-Type Thermocouple Insertion Probe 3" with Spiral Cable - Set of 2

So far, I'm pretty dissatisfied with this. To this point, all my temperature tests I've done using these have been clearly off. I've had to hold the probes to what I was measuring for too long of a time just to get,what seemed like, a reasonably close temperature measurement. Most of the time, and for what I'm temperature testing, I need fast results and extremely accurate results. These are now left for only measuring temperatures when I'm concerned that what I'm measuring may damage my temperature probes.
