IT DOESN'T STAY SCREWED TOGETHER SO FOR REAL IT STINKS
ITS AWESOME ITEM THE ONLY PROBLEM IM HAVING WITH IT IS SINCEE IT DOESNT HAVE ANY GROOVS WHERE YOU PUT IT TOGETHER. THE TOP DOESNT STAY ON TIGHT IT DOESNT EVEN STAY ON WHEN I HAVE IT TAPED SO FOR THAT REASON I THINK IT REALLY SUCKS BECAUSEIT WONT STAY SCREWES TOGETHER NOT EVEN WITH TAPE IT STINKS?????

This thing is very poorly made
I haven't used it on acne yet. I have the Neutrogena version that works quite well, so I assume this will. It is about the same brightness and color.Why I am I reviewing this thing without long term use? Inserting the battery alone was frustrating and potentially dangerous.The two halves of the small lipstick like container aren't threaded together, they just slide apart with friction and are very difficult to pull apart. But that isn't that bad part.The battery slides in-between two very thin flat metal bands that work as contacts to the other part of the case. It took me three tries to get them lined up correctly.The first try the light wouldn't turn on and I opened it and saw they had bent.The second try the light wouldn't turn on so I opened it and the battery and the metal contacts were literally both hot enough to burn my fingers. After maybe 20seconds. I dread to think what would have happened if I just gave up and assume it was just defective. It is a total fire hazard.The third time I held the contacts and battery in place on the light end and slid on the back cover, and that worked.Definitely finicky and prone to a short circuit

The media could not be loaded. Junk. Broke right after return window closed. Made from cheap plastic. Didn’t work on acne. Don’t waste your money.

I thought it would explode!
so I installed the battery and turned it on and it became too hot to hold. and the light didnt turn on. I sent it right back it is through third party so you have to deal with shipping label. Not worth it. as the return was a pain i didnt want to try again. maybe others have better luck.

cheap device...battery guard came off in my hand first time I attempted to slide the battery in. Never worked. Returned immediately
