I wasn’t expecting to love these as much as I do, but wow—these flapjacks are really good. I grabbed them mostly because I wanted a gluten-free, vegan snack with decent protein for on-the-go or post-gym, and the lemon flavor caught my eye. The texture is soft and chewy (in a good way), and the lemon isn’t too overpowering—just a nice zesty, fresh flavor that doesn’t taste artificial. It actually reminds me of those lemon drizzle cakes, but way healthier. And surprisingly filling for a 50g bar. They’re great with a cup of tea or just to throw in a bag for when you’re running errands or need something quick between meals. I’ve also been giving them to my brother who’s super picky, and even he asked where I got them from. Will definitely be reordering once this box runs out. If you're looking for a plant-based snack that doesn’t taste like cardboard, this is it.

I used to eat Grenade bars to get my protein. Are these as nice as those? Absolutely not. However they are reasonably tasty and have a nice texture... and as somebody who eats these to provide a function rather than for enjoyment (getting enough protein to promote muscle growth after workouts) and wants to avoid dairy because I am lactose intolerant, these are fantastic. Only problem is the protein content is a little low compared with a grenade bar, so what I tend to do is buy a higher % protein bar as well, and choose one or the other depending upon appetite & protein intake from other sources that day.

These salted caramel trek bats are absolutely delicious, my favourite snack ever. Even my fussy boyfriend loves them (I've bought him 32 bars since Christmas!). 100% recommend. I just wish they were cheaper, but they're still worth every penny. In my opinion these are the best flavour, followed by white chocolate and raspberry, then chocolate, then lemon.

As far as protein bars they are some of the best, natural ingredients that don't cause laxative effects for me like many others. I need to eat 2 to get the 20g protein for heavy weight training, but if you're just looking to maintain 1 would be fine. They fill you up with high protein and fibre, don't think i could eat more than 2.
