I ordered a Medium and it fits as described. Not as stretchy as the others because it's fleece vs nylon/spandex. Definitely warmer!

Was in a cast for two months. This was a must have. Soft and kept toes warm.

Likes: fleece will reduce/eliminate the cast scratching my leg, snagging my linens, etc., will keep toes warm in winter.Dislikes: will need rubber band to hold it upNotes: I measured my cast several times. I ordered a medium. The sole is a perfect fit (see the 1st picture), the length is correct (see the 2nd picture), the circumference is way off (see the 3rd picture).A small would have been too short for the sole. I’ll acknowledge that I have skinny legs and did read reviews that stated this cast cover does not stay in place. Even if it did initially, I anticipated that the cover would initially become slack.I’d like to see an open toed version of this for warmer temps.

In general this is a good product and as described....but there should have been some elastic property at top to keep it tight and from falling down....I wore it to bed, to keep my other leg from rubbing against the cast and awoke several times with it down to my ankle....I'm going to give it a try tonight with some tape to top of cast to keep it in place. Also runs a little tight. My cast is 15" exactly and it just barely comes to top of cast, would have been nice to go a bit higher and fit around my leg, not cast.

This created way more comfort that expected. Removed the scratchy cast feeling. Highly recommend.

This isn’t big enough to cover a foot cast. I couldn’t even put it on.

This is the second time I’ve had the same cast. My toes were always told. This lovely fleece sock keeps me warm.
