Purchased these for my husband who grinds his teeth at night. The The ConfiDental - Pack of 6 Moldable Mouth Guard for Teeth Grinding is a much better financial alternative to the $$$ the dentist would have charged for just one mold.That being said, the mold was very easy to form; husband got it perfect first time. According to him, you don't need both top and bottom molds - just one will keep you from grinding your teeth in your sleep. His biggest concern was, would he be able to sleep with the mold in? And yes, he can and quite easily. He can also easily talk while wearing it, though I can tell when he is because his speech is a little bit off. He finds them to be thick enough that he has no trouble with grinding his teeth anymore, yet thin enough so as not to be uncomfortable at all. The package comes with easy to follow directions, 6 mouth guards and a case to keep it in. They fit him perfectly but if you find they go a little too far back in your mouth they can be trimmed (equally) on either end before boiling for a more customized fit.I really feel that this is one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. Price-wise they are inexpensive especially for a set of 6 and *really* inexpensive as opposed to having a dentist make just one mold. So far the mold seems to be quite durable - he's been wearing the same one for over 2 months now with no signs yet of it wearing down! And if/when he does, he can make 5 more before I'll have to re-order. Very, very happy with this purchase!

For the price, these are great. I am not the best at working quickly with hot water/items, and you have to be kind of fast to get a good impression. But you get six mouth guard molds, so you have plenty of chances to mess up the process. They also say they’re remoldable but I’m not sure if that’s necessarily true. The instructions seem complicated but they’re actually pretty simple - warm up the mouth guard, and when it starts looking flimsy, pull it out of the warm water and put it in your mouth. I wish it came with another storage box, as more than one person may want to make a mouth guard at once but those are easily bought on amazon. I do appreciate that it comes with one box. Other than that, I don’t have a ton of experience with making mouth guards, but this one seems soft and at night it’s very comfortable. Would recommend.

Not a terrible product, but a little awkward to use. Folded over on itself twice when trying to prepare to get impression. Had to cut the back part because it triggered a gag reflex. I must have spit it out at night at some point because I woke up and saw my dog using it as a chew toy LOL (no I didn’t use that one anymore)! Nice that there are several in the box.

These were much bulkier than I expected, like a heavy duty sports mouthguard. The molding process was pretty straightforward and the medium soft plastic should be comfortable, but the volume of plastic around the front of teeth is way too big to fit comfortably in my mouth. With this mouthguard in, my mouth can't stay closed while I sleep. Unusable for me, perhaps my boyfriend will have better luck.

I'm not sure if the seller changed their process in making these or what. To start, I received four molds, not six.Somehow they made this out of such flimsy material, that getting them to do anything, except stick to pot, spoon, etc. ruined the night guard. All four met with a very quick "death". In fact, I'm not even sure I'll be able to ever use my pan.I've been buying night guards for seven years. I'm very well acquainted with how to "mold" them.This was a complete joke. And, to make matters worse, there isn't anything left to be able to return them.

These were very easy to use, and my mouth is a bit smaller and these still fit nicely! Even if u don’t get the mold correctly the first time, it was really easy to remold them. They helped with my teeth grinding, but were also comfortable enough that they didn’t prevent me from sleeping, nor did they wake me up because they moved in my mouth. I think this is a great product if you have issues grinding teeth. These did not however have any affect on whitening my teeth at all!!

When I first bought this mouth guard, I followed the instructions and the molding process was very easy. It fit my teeth perfectly. However, the guard is SO THICK that I could barely close my mouth (I do not have a small mouth). And there was so much material on the roof my mouth that it made me gag. I couldn’t sleep with it. It was horrible. 1 star.After some thinking, I decided that I would try to modify the guard Since I can’t return them anyway. So I decided to cut out a large portion of the roof of the mouth. I basically left a bar across the front teeth and the full guard on the back teeth. This worked out so well. So much easier to breathe with it in. And still protected all my teeth since my front teeth were not able to touch. It’s still a little big so my jaw isn’t too happy about it. But effective. So that’s what matter. 4 stars for modified use.Average of 2 stars. The product unmodified is not tolerable.

The QR code-linked video was helpful and moulding the mouth guard was simple while following the directions. The mouth guard is working fine. The QR code also opens up a Facebook chat with live support. This is a first for me for an Amazon product and it was a thoughtful touch on the customer service side. Well done, thanks.

I used this product to protect my teeth from clenching and grinding, and also as trays for whitening gels. Very comfortable silicone gel material. Easy to mold, if you make a mistake, you can redo the moulding procedure, no problem. Much higher quality and price than ones you can buy at pharmacies. Also you receive 8 pieces.
