Spray and go! Sometimes a few times. Be patient. Helps on siding. Careful on clothes etc. Like bleach. This works good and saves time.

Works perfectly. Makes a big job get done a bit quicker with less scrubbing.

This cleaner is excellent and works quickly if used full strength. I cleaned a finished cement wall on my property that had large orange & pink colored environmental stains all over it. Within 15 minutes stains were gone. I used it full strength and sprayed it on generously. It worked well on mold growths on the wall but I had to treat it a few times and wait longer to see the results. I think the secret is using it full strength in a stray bottle. It smells like bleach but using it outside it isn't a problem. Definately worth the money (Amazon has a better price on it as well).

This stuff works great. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it takes more gallons than it says. We already bought 2 gallons and need at least 2 more but it is honestly worth it. We used it on my father in law’s mobile home and it cleaned it really good. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I do recommend this product.

OMG!!! This is an amazing product. Not sure about 30 seconds, maybe I had more mold on deck than for what it was designed. BUT, applied to deck, to deck box, to planters, to outdoor rugs and within 30 minutes, EVERYTHING was clean. Even my husband was speechless. He is the one who is usually out on his knees scrubbing, but not this year. I used tank sprayer and coated surface. Be careful though to wear work clothes, as I mistakenly splashed some on me and product bleached the fabric😡 where the splatter occurred.

What a wonderful product! This was recommended to me by a friend. I was amazed how quickly and easily it removed mold and mildew and washed away with a hose! No more scrubbing!! Very pleased!!

This stuff works great. Minimal to no scrubbing necessary to get the results on my siding. Can clearly see the part that got sprayed and rinsed off in my picture versus the part I hadn't done yet. Did a little scrubbing with a broom on my deck. Just ordered more!

The product works on very light mold. If the mold has caused staining of the tiles even after repeated applications don't get your hopes up too high. You will still need to pressure wash.

I follow all the instruction, but the results nothing. I don’t recommend it

- When first introduced years back was much stronger & effective HOWEVER, it is still a great product saving time & effort when cleaning stubborn stains etc. MY TIP FOR EASIER USE : Place some in a small spray bottle to better spray it right on the area needing special strong cleaning. Angela

実家の40年間蓄積された塀の汚れが綺麗になりました。 母も大喜びです。 ただ、靴下についたら色落ちしました。 汚れても良い服で清掃された方がいいと思います。 あと、目とのども痛くなるので、マスクとめがねは必要です。

築20年のモルタル二階建て５年目に外壁の補修塗装をしたが黒ずみや緑の藻などの付着が目立ち購入。かなりザラザラした壁面。説明書には散水器などで施工とあったが結果一番良かった方法は塗装用ローラー大・小で施工する方法でした。４メートルまで伸縮する塗装用ポール（3000円位）を使えば2階の壁面まで何とか届きました。余分な液の飛び散りもなく経済的かもしれません。使用料は７リットル施工後直ぐ漂白効果が表れるので良いです。施工後は高圧洗浄機で液を洗い流しました。

外のコンクリート床とか汚れが良く落ちます。
