These work quickly and are very effective when allergies flare up. I like the small tablet size and how easy they are to take. Always good to have on hand. Small downside: They can make you a little drowsy, so best taken at night. Still a solid and trusted allergy staple.

Great individual packs to have at work, car, home and lunch kit for emergencies. The cost is great and HSA covers this if you have a high deductible health plan. It works well if you feel an onset of an allergy.

For some reason it's hard to buy portable/travel sizes of Benadryl or it's generic & the big box stores only want to stock larger bottles. I do not want to be visited by the Hat Man so I reserve my use for emergencies & prefer to keep unit dose or a travel size with me. I have purchased & repurchased these unit dose packs to stock I'm my EpiPen case as a first line of defense when I am having an allergic reaction or autoimmune flair when I am out & about. They are small & I stash them in my work bag & suitcases when traveling. This has saved me so many times & I have not progressed to needing to use the EpiPen. I highly recommend buying these & hope the company makes a larger package of unit doses so I can keep stocked.
