Great for facepulls and more
Like some other reviews, I didn't get this for triceps but for facepulls, after seeing AthleanX and Kneesovertoesguy videos where they extolled the virtues of doing a lot of those. This strap is just the right length for me (I'm 6'3"), the handles are comfortable, the construction is solid, and it takes up almost no room or weight in my gym bag. I'm also using them for glute pull-throughs (another AthleanX recommendation) with a lot more weight, and I'm sure I can find a number of other exercises where it will also work well.

Innovative, quality
I use this for: face-pull and press, overhead press with strap/cable machine behind you (pulls your shoulders wide; corrective), straight arm push down (full ROM: knees on ground; start leaning forward, end leaning back), BANA bicep curl, BANA hamstring curl, BANA tricep pull down, cable crunch, and finally row. The one and only potential downside is it doesn’t work your grip if you wrap handles around wrists as I most often do, but this can actually be a positive for focusing on the primary movement/muscles (mind-muscle connection) instead of struggling to hold on to a tricep rope with heavier weight on the cable machine. I get plenty of grip work doing everything else in my routines including heavy deadlifts, carries, and chin-ups. And you can still grip the handle loops themselves so going grip-less is just a nice option you only have with this or getting creative with ankle straps which still doesn’t give you ROM of this since the loops can be pulled wide away from each other to effectively pull connecting center strap and thus cable/weight. This strap is very effective for BANA: use both appendages for contraction but only one for eccentric; ex: use both arms for bicep curl, then loosen one arm to overload eccentric for the other.

I am pleased with the purchase I made because of the quality ...
I had seen a similar product on a Fitness video being used and went looking for this weight stack accessory. I did have a difficult decision which length to get as the company offers this size and a smaller/shorter version. I am pleased with the purchase I made because of the quality of the workmanship and the increased comfort with my hands on Triceps work, etc. I feel this will last a good long time and I have confidence that the inventor/owner of the company will stand behind the product if there are any problems with it as I continue to use it. I may get the shorter one in the future for the variety in work distance it offers and will be assured it will be a quality product as well.

Really Good Gear
I bought this item specifically for doing face-pulls at the gym. Thanks to your product, I am crushing my reps. I can achieve full rotation and extension during each rep. I was tired of waiting for handles and ropes to be available during busy times and getting nasty looks from people because I would use two of the pull-down ropes. I was sure the pitchforks and torches were coming next. Now I get looks of curiosity and envy. I will be sure to direct people to your website so they can get their own.One last thing, I would have expected this strap to have been braided with 550 chord, seeing its designed and sold by a fellow Marine. LOL! Semper Fi!

Very comfortable and useful
I do think this is overpriced, and $7 for first class mail in a little packet is also rather high. However, I think the design, build and materials are great though, and I use this for face pulls and straight-arm pulldowns. The reason it is great is the added length of the straps affords a nice wide range of motion. The handles are remarkably comfortable.

Love this product
I first bought the shorter version of this but couldn’t get far enough back to work my tricepsso I purchased this longer version. Perfection. Well constructed, comfortable padded handles. Great buy!

Targets the muscle group without the hand pain.
Perfect cable attachment for those with limited grip strength. I suffer from duyputure contracture in my right hand and just underwent a second surgery. Purchased this product somewhat skeptical but optimistic and this product has exceeded my expectations. I'm a disabled vet that has tried many cable attachments, gloves, and other devices over the years and they have just helped a little. These are a game changer and at the same time helping to alleviate the constant pain in my hands. These are also highly effective for hitting that specific muscle group as well. So many exercises you can do with these. I can't wait to buy the shorter straps and the individual handles.

Must have for facepulls on functional trainer
Excellent for face pulls, tricep extensions. The metal loop looks thin but it can handle some solid weights, I have gone up to 65lbs on my REP FT5000 functional trainer on tricep extension and 45lbs on facepulls. The grip is great, although you don't feel much of the padding once the weights go above 35lbs. I end my daily workouts with tricep extensions, pyramid from 65lbs to 35lbs 6sets of amreps. Held up to my abuse, still retains it's spongy feel.
